Ive been going here since high school so over 10 years. These past few months Ive had nothing but miss booked appointments, wrong telephone confirmation calls, and absolutely RUDE customer service all from the same receptionist Norma. She wouldnt let me explain anything and over talked me REPEATING herself. I was so insulted I hung up. Im waiting to speak to a manager. I switching eye places. Sad to go since Ive been there so long but Norma is rude!! Ill take my money elsewhere and get treated nicely.

Long Drive

The Dr and Staff at SVS Imlay City are a pleasure to work with. Every visit for either eye exam, a new pair of glasses or glasses repair has been a pleasant and positive experience. They are whizzes at tightening and correcting eye glass fit. (I sat on my glasses!) They assisted in finding just the right pair of new glasses, style, color and lenses. My entire family uses SVS . They too appreciate the consistently pleasant and efficient staff.

Id put no stars if I could. Treated so badly I had to leave. Took other poeple with appointments after me before me, couldnt get my insurance information right. Never greated at the door. Then when I asked why I was getting treated this way they said well you can leave if you want by the doctor. Never again. Save yourself the time and dont go.

Our glasses (mine and my wife) were lost over seas. The staff was great and prompt in sending our last prescription to us by fax so that we could get a temporary pair made abroad until we arrived back home, they rock! Chuck and Tracy A.

I have been a customer of the Imlay City SVS since 2003. I have always been treated great. If I ever have a question or an issue I just call up Norma and she fixes everything. She is so friendly and always ready to help.
