Since the age of 10 I have been a consumer here. My two children are now consumers here. When we moved away and came back the locations had been consolidated. I will say the comments in regard to the front desk staff are true. I have found them to be almost always rude and unhelpful. Their practices and communication of said practices are inconsistent and have been the root of plenty frustration. I continue to take my business there in spite of the poor customer service because the physicians in my experience have been able to provide quality care. Its convenient and its the place I know.

front desk ppl are the definition of RUDE every time i talk to any of them its always a problem! most difficult office Ive ever had to deal with! i just got off the phone with some one who huge up on me while i was providing them with a proper fax number, she hung up in my face,how professional NOT! i dread dealing with this office every time a appointment comes around! time to take my kids somewhere more professional!

I dont normally write reviews...its not all the doctors or staff...more so new staff can be inconsiderate. So their is a "no grace period " policy...but if Im on time I still will wait!?!? If my alloted time slot allows 15 minutes and Im 5 minutes late why you cant see me for my 10 minutes left???? Stuff happens like traffic...at 5pm...just like their schedule gets backed up and you understand.

Mrs. Kara Stripling is highly skilled and amazing at what she does, my daughter adores her. dundalk pediatrics operation is highly efficient, never had a wait longer than 10 mins even for a walk-in visit. Very well staffed.

Love this place. Me and the wife came to this practice as kids ourselves. Mia Woods is the best she will be very much missed. So we are switching to dr fertch sp? She has been great as our emergency dr.
