As everyone knows, any part of the medical industry can be super frustrating as of late. There are so many new laws and regulations that downright prevent your eyecare or medical provider from getting you the care you need in a fix. Diana and Kimberly at the Riz Eye Care Woodlands location were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING today in their customer service for me. My new contacts will take a week to get to me( cuz I have crazy eyes).... and those girls were completely understanding and sympathetic to my situation. They provided me w a trial pair of my prescription to help me thru the week. I love this place and will ALWAYS bring them my business when it comes to being able to see...and drive, and watch tv....lol. Thank you Diana and Kimberly!!!

I have been a patient here for the last three years. Im writing this review because a few weeks ago I woke up with an irritated eye and went to my family physician. After a two hour wait I finally saw the physicians assistant (who couldnt find anything) and rather than fill the antibiotic she prescribed for my still irritated eye, I drove over to Riz Eye Care. The doctor saw me immediately and found a small piece of glass in my eye, which he promptly and painlessly removed. These guys are great!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Jaffer for a few years now. He remains my eye doctor because I receive the best care of any doctor Ive ever had. He is attentive, patient, explanatory and creates a comfortable environment. I recently had an eye issue that gave me great concern. Dr. Jaffer put me at ease and found it to be common and easy to treat. His staff is courteous and welcoming and always helpful.

This office is always well-staffed, courteous and well-trained on eye care. My doctor, Dr. Jaffer, was thorough and gave me a full evaluation which resulted in contacts so I dont have to wear glasses anymore! I felt well-cared for and comfortable in the office with the courtesy of staff and training of the doctor.

Had a great experience. The doctor was super helpful and explained everything so that I could understand it clearly. The staff was also very nice and got me in and out quick. I was on my lunch so I only had an hour to get everything done, and they got me out quick. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Best optometrist in the state and Ive been to many! No complaints, in and out, super friendly, super clean office and appointment rooms, staff is always on point, would rate higher but 5 stars is the max. Also they always have nice jams playing! Will tell my fiends!

Ordered contacts but was unable to get them since I was going out of town and really needed them. Drs office gave me a quick trial pair to get me through until I received my order. Great place to get your eyes checked and great customer service!
