June 6, 16 Prior to visiting The Woodlands Eye Center I was at another place very near. Upon entering this particular Optometrist, not a single staff member looked up from their computers or phone to say as much as “Hi”, ignoring the rudeness I browsed through their lenses, again not one person came to see if I needed assistance. I thought "why for the decency of mankind would I want to allow them my business." I walked out and went to The Woodlands Eye Center where I was politely greeted by Truc and his colleague who looked up from the phone for which she was on. Both asked if they could assist me. Although I was a walk in, Truc was happy to assist in making an appointment for the same day. Upon returning and not a minute did I wait for Dr. Elizabeth Teoh, who politely and professionally greeted me with a warm handshake and a personable smile. My eye exam with Dr. Teoh was very relaxed. Dr. Teoh and Truc took their time explaining various options to me, stopping repeatedly to ask if I had any further questions. Not once did they rush me. What a wonderful experience to be treated with kindness & decency. I won’t accept anything less. If you feel the same way, please visit The Woodlands Eye Center for all your vision needs. Very satisfied customer. Thank you and continue treating all your customers the same way I was treated.

I love Dr. Pham for real! Shes way too nice & pretty to be a doctor! ;) Dr. Pham is very knowledgeable & she makes the most difficult & technical terms easy to understand. She will tell you not only your exam results but also what is normal, what is not, what to expect, what to watch out, and the answers to all hundreds questions you might have for her. Truc & the rest of her staff are also nice, humble, and very informative. They are all willing to walk you through the whole glasses collection to ensure you will find the most suitable pairs! I also love how they always keep their office super clean & organized. Highly recommended! :)

I highly recommend this place. It is next to HEB, so you cant miss it. The staff is very friendly and kind. Check in is simple. Dr. Pham is very knowledgeable and professional. She checked my eyes very thoroughly, explained about my eyes condition in a very simple and easy to understand language. She made sure all my questions answered, and showed me proper ways to take care of my eyes. I rarely see any doctor that knows and care for her patient like Dr. Pham. I will definitely come back again.

Dr. Pham and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to please! Ive had a lot of trouble wearing contacts in the past, but Dr. Pham has done a wonderful job of working with me to find the best solution to this problem. I appreciate that she is clearly well-trained and intelligent. In addition, she has a great sense of humor, which makes visiting the office a bit more fun than the usual optometrist visit. Im so glad that I happened to stumble upon Dr. Pham, and will definitely be back!

Dr. Pham found that Ive been wearing ill fitting contacts (for the better part of 12 years now) at the recommendation of other doctors at various other optometrist offices. She took time to find the lenses that fit me well and Ive had zero issues since. I will never go to another optometrist again.
