My husband had the ABSOLUTE worst experience at Family Tree Dental. My husband went in on Monday 9/26/ 16 to have a tooth pulled and a bone graph done so he can get an implant put in. The procedure was supposed to take an hour it took two, he had a root that wouldnt come out easy. The doctor pulled and tore the side of my husbands mouth from all the pressure. The next day my husband woke up in excruciating pain and called the office, they told him that he was fine and to take more pain meds. On Wednesday my husband woke up to find the membrane plug they had stitched into the hole was no longer there, the stitches were ripping out and hanging and we could see the bone in the hole. The female doctor that answered the phone told my husband without seeing him that there is nothing that they can do for him and to cut the stitches that were hanging down himself. Thursday 9/29 my husband drove the hour down there to sit in the office to see someone. The female doctor looked at the hole and told him there was nothing they can do... Friday he calls again because he is in so much pain and they say they cant see him until Monday, he tells the female doctor that he wants to see the male doctor that pulled the tooth originally. They schedule him for an 11 am appointment on Monday 10/3, he drives another hour down there to be told he has a dry socket and pretty much all of his stitches have ripped out. They give him more pain meds and send him on his way. After getting home he decided to get a second opinion and as able to get an appointment at a local dentist. This new dentist looks at it and says that there is not enough bone to even do an implant and the entire process has to be started over!! He calls Family Tree Dental office and they say oh we will see your husband again!! Are you freaking kidding me?? My husband had called the Family Tree Dental office over 10 times in the span of 5 days to tell them something is wrong and the female doctor seemed to just blow him off. Now the male doctor wants to see him?? He specifically asked to see the male doctor when they made the appointment for 10/3, he was surprised to see the female doctor again when he specifically asked for the male doctor. We paid them $800 and they wont give us a refund or transfer the funds to the new dentist when they are the ones to blame for this hell my husband has gone through and has to go through again because Family Tree Dental did not do it the correct way and now wont even make the situation right?!?

Phenomenal service with outstanding results. Its truly as they say, for those who know the difference. Ive had quite a few fillings done at many different offices, and they have always proven to be painful. I never seem to fully numb out and always experience pain during drilling. Today I had 3 fillings done at this office, and WOW!! All 3 were done phenomenally, without the least bit of pain!! I cant even express my happiness and gratitude. I didnt think this was even possible with my sensitive nerves. I am beyond happy. And the speed at which Dr. Olga works is crazy! Extremely organized and quick. Easily, 5 stars for this business.

I’ve been going this clinic for some time now and every visit has been a pleasant one. I never had to wait a crazy amount of time to be seen. Moreover, their staff is friendly and professional and that alone helped me a great deal to curb my anxiety. There is no rush and doctors always take the time to explain my situation and available options, so I can decide what works best for me. Even though this clinic is not the closest one, I refuse to go anywhere else. A+ for professionalism, attention to details and excellent service! P.S. doctors even let you choose your own music for the procedures

Staff was friendly and professional. The Doctor was thorough and upfront. She had a positive attitude which was refreshing compared to my last experience with another dentist. My last experience was a nightmare, so I was very apprehensive about seeing another dentist. She wanted to save the tooth and for about much less money & she did it. I left her office with a smile for the consideration given and the more than reasonable rate. DEFINATELY plan to become a regular. :-) She has her act together.

Im afraid of the dentist. Always was. After I found this place, Im more open to dental work. I feel like the doctors actually care about my teeth, they are very understanding, patient and polite. I will only take my family to this place now and no where else. I really trust the doctors here. Dr. Olga is super patient with kids. My 6yr old didnt even cry when getting her baby tooth pulled because the doctor made her so comfortable. Overall, outstanding service. Finally found my dentist!
