I wanna use only one word for these people.. THUGS. Please make sure u get everything in writing before u start anything with them. At first, I was told $1600 all together for extractions and to put new partials which had $1000 Co payment and $600 from my insurance. I ended up paying almost 1400 just for extractions. Since my insurance was thru my seasonal job, its gonna end by the end of nov. So I decided to pay out of my pocket for my partials. Called them on 23rd to get an appt n lady at front desk told me $1000 to get partials. Showed up today n they r asking $1100 for upper partials and $1100 for lower.. R U KIDDING ME? Get your shyt together village dental. I wish I shudve recorded the call. Would never recommend to anyone

Very busy office, sometimes, other times its totally dead. Scheduling is terrible. Does not make any sense. They take several xrays for everything. Before, during, after, xrays for things that should not require them. They charge a lot more than some other dentists, even though their equipment is a decade out of date. Missing or broken tools, machines that dont work. The light they used was covered in duct tape... They schedule procedures your insurance wont cover, and then charge you for them! Even charge you for not being at the faulty appointment! The dentist performed a root canal in about 20 minutes. Now Id like to know all the details he decided to skip. Village Dental in Stockton CA is just a big scam.

Not recommended. Heres how they do things. They charge the maximum your insurance will allow per item. Total scam. When I didnt have insurance, 700 for a crown, when insurance kicked in in Jan they tried to change to 2000 which is what my insurance will pay. I told them bait and switch. You already have me in writing 700. Had to fight with the nasty office manager and drag the dentist into it. He didnt want to get hot for bait and switch. If you do go, ask for cash price. Dont tell you have insurance. Medical and dental industries with insurance industries are racketeers.

had 2 teeth removed an hour ago, Dr. Sean is the man! Also a sweet and gentle assistant. never had great treatment like this before which is why i never go to dentist, the last time i went somewhere else, I was mugged for an hour to extract 1 tooth, and that assistant showed no mercy shoving that sucker into my face. Im looking forward to going back here for regular work. Thanks so much!

I have been visiting Dr. Adams and his staff at Village Dental Care for years now! He is by far the best dentist I have been to and is the only office I will take my family to. The staff is caring and friendly and I feel like they all actually care about providing quality care for the patient. I would recommend anyone to give their office a try!
