EPIC FAIL. I chipped my tooth and thought wow how great you can get me in as a new patient the same day. Well, yeah, they get you into this assembly line cramming people in left and right. After waiting for 90 minutes for them to verify my insurance (which I told them was just activated this week and was not in their system yet when I called to book the appointment), I asked how much longer. After a few more minutes I was told they cant verify my insurance. I said, no worries, I will just pay cash and I will bill my insurance and she told me NO. NO???? I cant pay for my own appointment? I came home to call and asked to speak to a manger (not available) I asked the gal why I could not be seen and pay for the visit. She said it was illegal for her to see me when they know I have insurance. I laughed as there is no way this is a law. It may be your policy, but its not the law and besides you just told me I dont have insurance. From what you just told me the insurance company told you I had not been with them for YEARS. So, to you I had no insurance. I should have been allowed to pay. Now that I am home I see TONS of 1 star reviews on both Google and Yelp. Should have know. Western Dental DON"T BOTHER to respond to this comment with your standard customer care fake message. Your employees need training and common sense, your policies need to be reviewed. #EpicFail #GetAClue

I dont know why ppl have bad reviews about this place but I always had a phobia of going to the dentist from a bad experience I witness as a child and I waited I always avoided going to any dentist...now that my teeth got really bad I went here cause of recomendations and I have to say I was crying scared and the staff made me so comfortable and the only reason why I went back was cause Dr.zeek I believe thats the correct spelling, he was amazing made me feel like at home and I went back got my root canal and didnt feel nothing. I regret not going sooner to fix my other two root canals now I lost those two teeth and paying for implants but Dr.zeek and Dr.hussan the doc that did my deep cleaning and the lady who did my fillings are amazing docs..they communicate very well with me and made sure I was fine n not in pain. So far I have had a deep cleaning and two teeth extractions, my wisdom teeth pulled out and a root canal and was n no pain during the procedure and for recovery. Yes I was sore but they give u meds n ur fine.. We complain about the waiting at the dentist but yet we wait longer in lines for new shoes or for black Friday sales etc..this is important and best believe its worth the wait ...I give it 10 stars if I could I love the docs and the staff... No one can top them

Called corporate and made a same day appointment, when I got there the atomosphere was serious and not friendly, not one staff member smiled at its patients or me. The only smiles I saw were ones that the staff made with each other. To the point though, I showed up at 1:08 and had an appointment with them at 1:15. At 1:45, I asked the front desk receptionist the average wait time, she told me that there was one person ahead of me for x-rays, that this person was still waiting in the lobby, and that she wasnt sure when that person would be seen. After the person ahead of me IS finally seen, then it would be an estimated 45 minutes for me to have my x-rays done. I cancelled the appointment, along with my May 6 & my husband cancelled his two appointments on May 6 as well. I cant stand businesses that tell you to show up at a specific time, just so you can wait long. Why not make my x-ray appointment at the time you can actually see someone. I walked in a new patient today and left knowing I would never give them another try again. They lost two patients today and gained negative feedback on their management and reputation.

I cannot describe how awful our experiences have been. Weve had the misfortune to have to endure three separate appointments, all of which were unreasonably long and inadequate. On our first visit, we waited two hours before being seen. When we were finally seen, we were told my son needed several cavities filled as well as a root canal. So we made a followup appointment. That day we waited another two hours only to be told that they didnt have a Doctor scheduled that day for the procedure! The frustration and annoyance is beyond reproach! Because my sons tooth was hurting so bad we were forced to reschedule. As usual, two hours in the waiting room and another hour in the chair. By the time he was seen, they only managed to fill a single cavity before having to close for the evening. This Doctor was assigned to us through our insurance, but they are so bad that weve purchased additional insurance simply so we can go elsewhere. Please, do not choose this dentist! If you are forced to go there, call your insurance and beg for a different location.

My husband had an appointment at 9:30am to have a tooth removed....then they said he needed a deep cleaning...15 mouth injections and 7 hours later we finished ...Dr. F said a mouth guard was needed for teeth grinding and added it to the list of after care products he said he needed. As soon as the Dr left the room the front office person who was in the room processing his insurance paperwork leaned over and told me she was going to take the $500 mouth guard off the list because Walmart sells the exact same mouth guard for $60 bucks! How can they get away with over charging patients like this? Also, the Hygientist who did the deep cleaning kept talking about other patients that would complain about pain during the cleanings but he knew that they were liars and werent in pain?? Really....? Avoid this place ....they are over priced and very unprofessional....oh yeah and when the dentist pulled his tooth he said Oops ..I think I pulled the wrong tooth and got up to look at his xrays in the other room....horrible experience here

Arabian Dr and their staff definitely need more training and school to act as professional. Their Dentist didnt know what Augmentin antibiotic was for which my Dad was already on and prescribed penicillin also and told me ask Pharmacist which one is better.!!! They definitely need more school!!! We waited in waiting room for almost 1.5 hours, I went to ask whats taking so long for my Dads turn and other people being called before us, the receptionist repond was they are here for treatment!! After they called us in, did X-Ray then another one hour waiting period to see Dentist!! The Arabian Dr. walked in, asked what kind of meds my Dads on I told him hes on Antibiotic Augmentin and he told us if hes already on antibiotics then why are you here? Omg really, why you think we waited so long to see your face??? Can you check whats wrong with his molar??? Does it need filling or root canal??? OM told me you dont talk to Dentist like that, hello hes not God!!! First time visit and never walking in their office again..
