I was told to show up and hour early to confirm insurance (WOW, that is crazy). Ive NEVER had to show up that early ANYWHERE to see if my insurance is verified. They stated that arriving this early needed to occur to verify that my insurance is verified and to ensure I was seen at 11:00am (my appointment time). I arrived at 10am and when 11 am came, everyone else was called and I kept thinking Ill be next, NOT AT ALL. I waited all the way until 11:50am and then told them to cancel. I know what many are thinking, why not just wait since you waited that long? Id rather not have my insurance and I pay/support a business that service SUCKS. Going elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This dentist didnt know much about teeth asking me Questions, I told him your the Dr. You tell me . Just wow . He was my childs Dentist and the work he was supposed to do he he wanted to pass onto a Lodi California dental office .Mr Russs Rude short curly hair MA called Office in Lodi and they said Hes in your Care Why would you refer him to us. Dr. Russ then gave us referral paperwork and sent us on our way. Ridiculous. Only good about this office is the front desk Receptionist (blonde ) sorry dont remember her name.. Stocktons dentists need a change for the better .

Office staff is horrible. My daughter was crying she was told to "shut the *uck up". We have had our appointments changed twice without notice. We were there as an emergency patient and now a month later still have no work done. I would not recommend you go to this place. Dr. Russ is a wonderful man its just too bad his assistants and office staff are out of control.

Have gone to them for a few years now. Initially I really love the staff. But Ive noticed the last two years they run an hour behind. Super frustrating especially since they can charge you for missed/late appointments. And the last two teeth cleanings lasted all of 30 seconds ending with more polish on my face than my teeth and they have NEVER flossed my teeth!

I just recently started going to Dr. Russ, I hadnt been to the dentist since I was 15 (Im 22 now) so I was pretty scared/nervous. When I got my teeth worked on though the shots in the cheek didnt really hurt and the nurse could tell I was uncomfortable and she did a great job of calming me. Seriously wouldnt go to another dentist. Best one Ive been to so far.

Unprofessional quack! They told my wife they would refer her out for dental work that the "dentist" doesnt do. They decided not to and never bothered to tell her. The place she was supposed to go to was told they would be getting the referral that was also a lie.

I have been a patient for over ten years and have always received excellent care. Dr Russ and his staff are always friendly and caring. He is conservative in treatment and his fees are reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend him as a family dentist.

I have had two appointments just to get impressions, you wait over an hour past your appointment time and they still dont call you in. I wouldnt take my dog to this dentist! Waste of time and energy!
