WARNING!!! This office promises things that they can’t deliver and the front office does not communicate with the back office employees! I begged the front office and pleaded with them to max out my husband’s insurance the whole month of December. At his last appointment, an emergency patient came in and pushed my husband’s appt back 90 minutes! After his initial procedure I was then told they did not have time to finish the rest of the procedures. After complaining to 10 people in the office not one person apologized or even acknowledged how I felt. I expressed my feelings to Dr. Cheema and he belittled me and pointed out how late he and his staff have to stay. Needless to say we will not be back and if you do not like to be treated like disposable garbage I suggest you stay away!

All Morada Dental ever cares about is money. They dont tell you everything you need to know about braces beforehand, just trying to convince you to go with the treatment and take your money. They also pile up new information and costs at the end of your treatment. Insurance doesnt cover anything at all. They didnt offer monthly payment plan for my braces. Id rather go somewhere else if I knew all of this before, Im sure they would treat you better, and not rip you off. The staff here are from a different planet and not well trained, I had 3 girls telling me different information, it was so frustrating. Do not waste your precious thousands of dollars here! Read the reviews on yelp and youd understand.

I have a busy schedule with a full time job and having kids and trying to make my appointments. My experiences have always been so pleasant here at morada dental. The wait room and patient rooms are nice and clean and relaxing. The staff is always so friendly and accomandating. I never have problems with scheduling or rescheduling my appointments with Karen and Yaneli! They both are so friendly and wonderful to talk to. My most memorable experience is when I received my zoom whitening. The dentist and dental assists were so informative and answered any questions I had. This is the best dental office I have ever been to.

Love this office! Great service, everyone here was so nice and very pleasant staff with awesome positive attitudes. I was very embarrassed given my situation but everyone made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I saw dr. Sohi and her assistant Manpreet were great! The front desk receptionist yaneli was also very helpful, very pleasant, and courteous! Angelica was very thorough and honest with her approach on the financial side of things as well! Over all great experience for me! I will be coming back for more services.

I posted this yesterday and apparently it got removed. ... DO NOT GO HERE Our appt was at 530 we left at 815, nearly 3 hours for my children to get their teeth cleaned.....just a cleaning. No communication between the front office and the back. When I asked why the was so much confusion I was told by the "finance lady" our staff needs more training. .... Fantastic! ! A Dental Practice "practicing" on my kids, just what I had hoped for. DO NOT GO HERE much more to say ALL BAD

DO NOT GO HERE! i BEG everyone no never go here. One they dont accept any insurance and two all the staff just talk all the time and you end up waiting in the waiting room for an hour at least. All this place cares about is money. THE ORTHODONTIST ONLY COMES once A MONTH! That means if you miss a date you have to reschedule it the next month and pay for missing it... I truly hope this place goes out of business.

Id like to give this place 0 stars but its not allowing me to do that. 1 star it is, Poor customer service, poor communication skills.unknowledgeable staff! just terrible all the way around. Please believe me when i say this, go anywhere but here save your time, money and yourself from this lame,inexperienced place. trust me do not go here you'll thank me later!

Loved it! After always having anxiety when going to the dentist for many years, this place was different, Staff was amazing and made me feel comfortable, loved my doctor!! Very clean office! Not to mention my son is being treated for Ortho, has been for about a year and his teeth are looking amazing!! He loves this place as well!!

My daughter(7) and I were recommended to morada dental by 2 coworkers and were very impressed. The staff was very professional, sweet, and did both of our work in a timely manner. They also have great coverage with my insurance. Morada dental has awesome hours and make apts in the same week and are open Saturdays. Thank you

I am so glad I found this place . I brought my daughter here for her braces and the staff was so friendly, courteous and professional I decided to bring my entire family here. They are fast and kid friendly. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Absolutely thee best place for the whole family!

This place is a great place to get things done but it does take a while for them to come and do what they need to do i have not experienced this myself but my sister has overall this dentist as a really good place if you are not in a rush also everyone is very polite and kind

My experience today at morada dental was very nice it was quick and efficient .customer service was great greeted with a smile by Yaneli as well as the back staff. The Dr was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure in detail very well. I will refer others.

Out of all of the dentist offices I have visited, Morada Dental has been my favorite because of how friendly and efficient the staff is. The hygienist and Doctor are very knowledgable and make every experience feel like a piece of cake! :)
