I am usually very suspicious of online reviews--they are mostly so glowing that it seems that the business wrote it for itself. Conversely, they can be so negative that only a crackpot on a rant could have written it. I am pleased to report that the positive online reviews match the reality of my experience. Dr. Mohamed and staff were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with at all levels. I had a temporary crown fall off and they were able to fit me in on a busy Saturday. The temp crown had actually cracked so they made a new one on the spot. They could have charged more for the service but their charges were fair and reasonable. Their office is not huge but all of their equipment is modern and up to date. The doctor and staff are very professional in their work habits and attention to details. (How do I know this? Ive had so much dental work from numerous dentists and specialists over the years that I can tell the ones who care about the services that they deliver.) It is always a challenge for a patient to evaluate the work performed by any dentist. But Dr. Mohamed and crew work hard to put you at ease and build your confidence that they are trying to deliver the best care possible.

This place will be an instant recommendation once you visit. I was recommended to go to this dental office from my family because of the people, the service, and the care that they provide. Im happily confirming all of those reasons to be true. Ive now been a very dedicated customer for years and am not looking to switch anytime soon. At every moment that someone is looking for a great dentist and dental office, I instantly recommend this place with descriptions of my personal experience and the service received by family and friends. Everyone that has taken my recommendations still go to Fair Oaks Smile. I wont go into specifics about my dental work but between everyone that I will vouch for, weve covered the spectrum! I.e. Braces, cavities, wisdom teeth, cleaning, x rays, and root canals. Final word: I highly recommend this place and would urge anyone looking for a very honest, friendly, caring, and professional dental service to go to Fair Oaks Smile! :)

Like most people, I have been avoiding dentists as much I could. I finally got the courage to make an appointment with Fair Oaks Smile. I informed them ahead of time about my fear of dentists and when I arrived, everyone was very sensitive and understanding to my situation. They were extremely accommodating. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean and organized. I still hate dentists’ offices, but I will be back when I absolutely have too.

I am scared to death of dentists. They rank right up there with clowns and vampires on my list of irrational fears...however everybody in this office is beyond kind and sweet. I actually look forward to popping in to the office. My husband hadnt been to the dentist in more than 10 years but after I came home from my first appointment and I told him how great they were, he made an appointment too. I highly recommend them.

The kindest, gentlest dentist! They do amazing work at Fair Oaks Smile! Ive recommended Dr. Muhammed to several friends, family and coworkers and will continue to do so! He really knows how to make you feel like family and he eases all of your fears about having dental work done! I feel lucky to have found this place. The entire staff are so nice but also professional. The place is extremely clean and hi-tech. Also they are open until 6:00pm and Saturdays. I will never have to miss any work time. I highly recommend. Five stars out of five.
