I have had several positive experiences with my kids and dentists, but today by far exceeded all expectations. My son broke his tooth last night and I spent the whole morning trying to find a dentist that could see him today. His regular dentist was closed and so I called Rocklin Pediatric Dentistry. They got us an appointment right away, and even though we were late because of ANOTHER family emergency (its been a heck of a day!), they were so kind and thoughtful when we arrived, and he was seen immediately. They fixed his tooth and went completely out of their way, checking with my insurance and keeping my cost as low as possible. Then they gave him a gift card because he just had a birthday. Dr. Lora is so kind and gentle and all of the girls in the office are wonderful, it was definitely the bright spot in a pretty crazy day! Thank you so all so much, your kindness and generosity made a huge impact and I feel like writing this review is the very least I can do. We will definitely be back for their regular checkups and cleanings.

We have seen Dr. Lora and her team twice now with my young son for general checkups/cleanings. The first appointment my son was 2.5 and this time he was 3. Both times I have been amazed at how caring and kid friendly everyone on the staff is and that they have made the office so kid friendly even for the little ones. This last visit my son was kicking a small beach ball around the waiting room with the receptionist while we waited! They are new to Rocklin and the practice is still small so the service is very personal and we have never had to wait. They work very hard to make it fun and no pressure for the kids. They showed my son each instrument before they moved it toward his mouth and described it in ways he could relate to. I was so impressed that they got my son to sit for the cleaning (including scraping some plaque off his lower teeth) and also for a few x-rays. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Lora and her staff!

Dr. Jessie and her team are excellent with young children. My very shy childs first dental experience was at this office, and she now LOVES going to the dentist. Her little sister has also been seen by the team and adores them. They make what for most people is a traumatic experience, relaxing and enjoyable for the kids. I could not be more happy with every aspect of this office. They are AMAZING, and their patience and love for their tiny clients is apparent in every way, from stocked diapers (in a variety of sizes) in the bathroom, to the clear explanations of the tools (to the kids), to the balloon at the end.

Both my 4 year old and now 1 year old go to Rocklin Pediatric Dentistry. My 4 year old loves going and playing the video games before her appointment and picking a prize from the toy chest afterwards. The patient care by all the staff there is excellent. Even for the baby, the checkup and cleaning was quick and painless...Barely a tear shed. Thankfully so far we have only been for cleanings and check ups, no cavities yet! I highly recccomend Rocklin Pediatric Dentistry if you are looking for a kind and inviting atmosphere for your kids.

Being a military spouse, we have switched pediatric dentists many times. This was the worst service I have experienced. The first visit required us to wait in the over packed waiting area for over two hours until my kids could be seen. Even worse, we all had to sit on the floor, because the seating is so limited. The care is surely fine and my children liked Dr. Lora, but I dont want to sit on a floor for hours ever. The follow up appt. was also an hour late. I grabbed the first chair I saw and didnt budge!! Bring a book!

These people really love kids. My toddler was especially fussy that day and I was so impressed by their patience and empathy with him. They tried really hard to sooth his anxiety and took time to show him each tool and let him check things out. From the moment we walked in the door they tried to engage him and make him feel comfortable. I remember having horrible experiences as a child with people who did not care for kids and I am so happy I found a place with people who genuinely love kids.

After many awful experiences with other dental offices, Rocklin Pediatric Dentistry is like a breath of fresh air for us! We are so thankful for them! We have 5 children and all of our children love going to the dentist, because of this office. Their anesthesiologist is also less expensive than others that weve had to use. We live 50 mins away from the office, but it is so worth it to us to go there! I highly recommend them!!

My son has been going to Dr Lora since he was 4yrs old. Dr Lora is very patient and takes just the right time needed. The atmosphere is one of the best with video games, treasure goodies, stickers, and can not forget Mojo the monkey. She has a very creative way of making the kids at ease with the names of tools and procedures and lets the kids where sunglasses while in the cleaning chair. This dentist is a must for children!
