My insurance plan was changing in May so I called in March and confirmed they accepted both of my insurance coverages. They assured me they did so I made an appointment in for Monday, April 17. The week before the appointment I got a text confirming the appointment for Wednesday, April 19. I called and they said they could squeeze me in on Monday. I said no, I would change it to Wednesday. A couple days later I got a text confirming Monday -- I called back and changed to Wednesday because I had already rescheduled my time off at work. Then I got a voice mail the day before the appointment telling me they did not accept my insurance. So after waiting a month for the appointment, and all the last minute changes, they wanted me to wait another month until my coverage changed. No thanks, Ill go somewhere that is run a bit more professionally.

I first want to say I love dental source but this location is horrible. I had to wait for over an hour for a single x-ray to be done. The Marconi office is worth the extra drive.
