The office manager is horrible. I had a root canal completed at another location. Fast forward and I begin to have issues with the tooth that had the root canal. I call the Decatur office (I now live closer to this location, unfortunately) and specifically ask if they will be able to address an issue that another location serviced. The office manager encourages me to come to their office for the issue. A month goes by and it is the day of my appointment. I call and ask if I may come in early since I finished up with work early. The receptionist puts me on hold to speak with the office manager.(DUM, DUM, DUM...*music fit for a villain begins to play**not really, but it should have*) He begins to say that they cant work on the issue and I would need to visit the Aspen Dental location that completed the root canal. ( If youre reading this Greg, in the future you might want to do your research about your companys policies before wasting another persons time) The office manager goes on to tell me that he called and left a voicemail yesterday to tell me all of this information. And I told him that I didnt have a missed call or voicemail from him. And that I thought it was ironic that the other five calls that we exchanged a month ago were never missing from my phone. Only now that I explain that I am irritated that when I called a month ago he gave me a different answer are his call and voicemail from yesterday "magically" absent from my phone. He proceeds to say, "well I know for a fact that I called and left a voicemail." To which I respond, " I know for a fact that I dont have a missed call or voicemail. He then laughs sarcastically. So I told him, " since he thought it was appropriate to speak to me that way then I decided to respond in the same manor." And the conversation ends with him telling me that they will not ever see me in their office. If I could give zero stars, I would. If he would have just apologized and not smarted off, I would have been understanding. Extremely horrible experience. I hope the office manager deals with a similar incident differently in the future. Too bad this compliant wont see the light of day in a performance review.

They are more concerned with running my bill up and gouging me & my insurance company than fixing my tooth which is the reason for my visit. First took about 30 x-rays and I have only 27 teeth. Second visit for required gingivitis treatment which was supposed to take 45 minutes too and hour but only took 15 minutes my past teeth cleaning did more and were free instead of uncovered cost $150. Set up third appointment because insurance paid for follow check up gingivitis treatment tooth still not fixed. Also prices on website with coupons doesnt apply since I have insurance double the price and they count tooth different surfaces vs per tooth for filings which is different from all other dentists Ive gone too. Plus state bill over $2000 but doesnt provide and itemized copy for you too review very shady....

It was a great experience. Ive suffered for a few years with 2 top plates that never fit & were very uncomfortable, & crooked. (I tried going with a nationally advertised, cheaper same day service). Cheaper is not always better!! I set up an appointment, got in the next day. Everyone was very professional, caring, & understanding. They done everything to make me comfortable & to meet my needs. Needless to say after being there nearly 4 hours, I walked out with a great big smile, new denture, no adhesive, I can honestly say my experience was a blessing! Also the staff was super excited for me. They made sure everything was perfect, to my standards. (They even stayed a few minutes late to accomodate me). Still Smiling!!!!

Not so great with scheduling appointment took three tries kept texting me to confirm every time appointment time was wrong and they cancelled once on me. Finally got in the service was exceptional treated me very well and explained everything and felt they were very honest and caring in my feelings and how they could help was made comfortable as possible i felt. over all good experience. Today i call to schedule time to come in tooth pain bad for three days over holiday there dont answer trying since 7:45 am call scheduling dept she finds out there not open til 10 am for some reason and she didnt know why. Little frustrating ill call back at 10am.

Overall bad experience, I had read reviews of their competition, (complete dental) about trying to up sell everything, this place is no different, I have very good dental insurance but this place was ridiculous. I chose them because of the convenient hours but I will definitely stay with my private dentist. ..friendly staff but poor business practices, will not be back!

I arrived at 2;00pm for my 2:15 appointment at the brand new Decatur location. At 3:00 I was still waiting. I was only there for x-rays and exam. No work was being done. I finally decided that I wasnt waiting any longer. I told them I was leaving but they did not seem to care at all. I will never return to this place and I certainly do not recommend that anyone go here.

Very professional while also personable. Explained in terms a layperson found understandable. State of the art facility; yet comfortable and concerned with my confusion. Lovely staff /Denise! and of course Dr. Green. Would recommend to my own family.
