Brought my son here as a new patient. Not one parent was allowed back with their kids. Two little girls were kicking and screaming because their mother wasnt allowed back with them. The assistant told them she would try to get a private room. Another woman had two little kids with her and she wasnt allowed back because only on child had an appointment. When my son was called back the employee walked me to the back and showed me how do brush my sons teeth. (I know how to brush teeth). She then Said "OK mom you need to go back to the waiting room and your son can stay here". NOPE!! She left to speak with someone and when she came back she said today we could have a private room but next time I wont be allowed back with my son. ANYONE/ANYPLACE which wont allow parents to accompany their child(ren) is not a place a child should be. Why are parents not allowed to view what is being done to their children? When parents are allowed back why do they have to go to a private room? I have a really bad feeling about this place. TAKE YOUR CHILDREN SOMEWHERE ELSE!

My daughter had an extremely bad experience here. She went in for a partial root canal and came out looking like she had been through a battle. The assistant came out to me after about 30 min and asked if they could restrain my daughter! I asked if I could go see her to help calm her down and they wouldnt let me! They gave me some crap about it being a policy to not let the parents go back, so I dont know how these other parents managed to get back there. All I know is that my daughter wouldnt go back to the dentist and I just finally got her to go back(after almost 3 years) and she said as long as we dont go back to that place. Since then I have talked to at least 3 other people whose children have had a bad experience there. Do not take your kids here!

The play area was dirty. Some of the keys wouldnt even push on a play piano. The exam room floor had dirt all around the corners of the wall. For somewhere that specializes in cleanliness of childrens mouths youd think it would be a little cleaner. When I asked the receptionist if they cleaned the toys she replied, "yes we lysol them every night." I told her thats not cleaning! I wasnt happy with this place. I was scared to let my daughter touch anything. The exam chair had holes in it and appeared very worn out

I love this office. My 15 year old daughter has been coming here since her first tooth.They had to pull every one of her baby teeth as her adult teeth grew in. They allowed me to stay with her through every visit until she was old enough to be comfortable with them. They have always treated her so well that she is not afraid or upset to go to the office even after all the work they have done on her. This is just a great place all around.

Do not take your children to Associated Dentistry! They wanted to do 3 baby root canals on him right then and there. I knew something wasnt right so I took him to another dentist. They told me there was absolutely no reason for him to have root canals. They filled 2 tiny cavities. I would give zero stars if this was an option.

My son has gone to Dr. Wood since he was in kindergarten. We now drive an hour to his appts, because I dont want to change dentists!
