The good: -Everyone was nice enough. No one was outwardly rude. The bad: -Way more expensive than going elsewhere. My husband initially went here to buy sunglasses, but they tried to charge a whole bunch in extra fees, including some that no one could explain to us what they were actually for. He went to Lenscrafters and got the exact same pair for $100 less. I did end up getting two pairs of glasses from them on the spot after my eye exam, but did research after and realized I had overpaid. -I ordered a pair of glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses. When they came in, I knew something was wrong. I was rushed out of the office and told to come back if they still didnt work in 7-10 days. I told them I was leaving the country in 5 days and would be gone for three weeks, but they were confident that my eyes just needed adjusting. I didnt even bother taking the glasses on my trip. When I got back, I took the glasses back in. it turns out the dr had sent the wrong prescription to the lab. They took both pairs back and told me it would be a week at the most. While the glasses came back in 6 days, I waited almost two weeks for the sunglasses. -So, it took almost 7 weeks total, 5 different trips to the office, two eye exams, and approximately $200 more than other places, but I finally have a pair of glasses and sunglasses that I can see through. Needless to say, I think we will be finding a different optometrist for the future. Also, just a side note, they have a sign up in their office offering gift cards to patients who give them good reviews online. Some of the 5 star reviews may have been earned, but just keep that in mind when reading other reviews.

I have been doing business with Lehi Vision for the last five years. I have four of six in glasses. I go there for many reasons. I think that the very nature of reviews is generally negative. While we all make mistakes, it is what we do after that makes us professional. I can not imagine a couple of the posts that are here but I believe that there are some people that you simply can not satisfy. In my dealings I have done emergency orders of contacts shipped out of state, repairs on glasses, reorders on glasses (we like to lose them) eye exams and the entire spectrum of what could be expected. We have never had a bad experience. We have always been treated as I would expect. I think the odds are that a couple of people were just complainers. My favorite story is that a pair of my glasses broke and he had the manufacture call me. Based on that level of service I am a faithful customer.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I paid $66 for my mother to have an eye exam at this place. Her appointment was at 2:30 for the exam, and she needed to find new frames. They close at 3:00. While she was looking for frames, the lady that was helping her just up and left at 3:00 without saying a word, and the doctor actually asked her if he could turn some of the lights off because he was closing up. How was she supposed to shop for frames if the lights were off? And why was he trying to rush her out of the store? She ended up having to go pay for another eye exam somewhere else, and ended up getting contacts. Worst customer service Ive ever heared of. The doctor is too busy to call me and discuss this matter, but he has time to go online and call me a liar? Nice.

I have been a patient in this clinic for over eight years. I continued to go because the doctor provided a vision service I couldnt get at another location. The doctor lacks patient rapport.For many years, after my yearly exam, I would promise myself to find another provider. Even after explaining my insurance and financial situation, he ignored what I asked and billed me with uneeded charges (this was not the first time, this office nickels and dimes for every service). He then was abrupt and terminated my visit when I questioned the charge.. He declined to give me any more information. I should have left long ago, but regardless of any service that the doctor provides, I will not be returning to this doctor or clinic

My family and I have been coming to Dr. Pickering at Lehi Vision Care for many years and have had no complaints with him or his establishment. We have always been treated with respect during our visits and know that the Dr. has a genuine desire to assist his patients and to find the best deals and products that are available to them. I have personally had many eye infections that he has gone out of his way to help me fix, no matter the time of day. His receptionists have always been helpful and have yet to disappoint us. I reccomend Lehi Vision Care and Dr. Pickering to anybody seeking high quality eye care, and a good experience while getting it.

I am so impressed with the care and service I have received at Lehi Vision Care over the years. I have brought my family there for several years and always been happy with the care we got. Dr Pickering has been thorough and seems to care about his parents. My daughter recently broke her glasses that we bought there and we went in to buy a new pair. As we were choosing a new frame, the Dr checked and said the glasses were under warranty and would replace them. How awesome to see such honesty and integrity today when he could have let us just buy a new pair. THANK YOU!!!!

My husband and I have been patients since Dr Pickering opened his office. We have never had a bad experience - quite the opposite. Dr Pickering has opened his office on weekends when we needed something quickly. I have been very pleased with the glasses and lens that I have received there. My vision is better with glasses from Lehi Vision than any other optomitrist I have been to.The staff has been great about helping me pick out attractive frames. We highly recommend Dr Pickering and Lehi Vision to anyone seeking excellent professional and courteous care.

My family has been well served by Dr. Roger Pickering and his staff. We first went to Lehi Vision Care about 4 years ago. When our insurance changed and we were due for some exams and glasses, we went to another place. Quickly we could see a vast reduction of quality and knowledge from that of Dr. Pickering. We are back with Dr. Pickering and very happy about it. He is skilled, knowledgeable, and has a great mannerism. I will continue to recommend Lehi Vision Care and Dr. Pickering to anyone who needs and eye doctor!

I can speak from personal experience that Dr. Pickering cares about each and everyone of his patients and makes sure each visit is positive and productive. My family has been seeing him for over 10 years now. He gives a very thorough exam (more than anywhere else) and yet takes his time with every single patient. He does an amazing job when it comes to contact fitting. The office has a wide variety of glasses to choose from with excellent warranties. I highly recommend this Doctors office!
