On three occasions my wife has had to use this lab, and all three times they have NEVER follows instructions to forward the results to her Dr! Once they LOST them ! They are always understaffed in the morning which is the busiest time for blood draws when fasting is needed, yet they continually have one person to check in and then draw the blood or take other samples. This facility has been closed for 2weeks for a broken window in front yet they still indicate that they are up and running and ready for patients! Although your website says you care,your actions PROVE YOU DONT!

Front desk receptionist is extremely unprofessional and RUDE! She is horrible at her job as she has given me the wrong information twice now! Im wasting my time and being greated by a rude look and her arguing with me saying she told me this information already. I never want to come back here again.
