Staff is always friendly and helpful. I can always request my "favorite" hematologist. The one with the most experience with hard to find or draw veins. Also very efficient and "organized". Professional. I can say the same about the lab location on Lombardi ct. In Santa Rosa. ("Quest IS the best").

Very good place! Marcel is great! Hes one of the very few people who can actually get a vein and usually he only sticks me once, Ive been poked at much as 6 times by other people and then sent away because they couldnt do it.
