Went in on Friday was told I would receive results Tuesday due to holiday weekend, after not hearing anything Tuesday I went in to the office to find out that my blood was not picked up, the test was not done and I would have to redo it. The lady made it a personal point to tell me she would come in to the office Wednesday morning look for my results and call me...again I received no contact Wednesday. Early Thursday morning I receive "results" via email that look like theyve taken a picture of a receipt and uploaded, with no explanation of what it is Im looking out or how to decipher it.. went to the office again and requested a refund for horrible services, the manager Eileen refused and said that things happen and I have my results now so I would have to deal with it. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I went in to get a testosterone level test at the Portland location and was told the Vancouver location has a doctor there that can provide help if levels come back low, which they did. The Vancouver location never answers the phone and does not have a answer machine. Finally someone answered... He said oh I dont know the doctors schedule so I cant really do anything, but Ill take your name and number.... Still no call back. Good place to get labs done but thats about it.
