This really deserves a ZERO for a rating!!! My experience with this company was ATROCIOUS. Ill start from the beginning. Court ordered UA drug test was to be performed at this facility, I called to set up an appointment to which a gentlemen answered whom spoke broken english (not a big deal). I told him what I needed and he scheduled me for a half of an hour from the time of the call, GREAT!!! When I arrived a nice lady greeted me. After explaining I was in need of a observed UA and I had an appointment (to which I showed up on time) she indicated that "they would need to have a male employee perform this test" and one is not currently available to perform this service and that an appointment will have to be made, to which I was frustrated with but understood. I called many days after that to schedule the appointment and spoke to the same gentlemen with poor english skills. After explaining what I was trying to accomplish I found out that he couldnt help me. I asked if there was someone else I could speak to and he gave me another number to call. I reach out to this number describing exactly what I was in need of to which the lady made an appointment for and we were all set. A few days went by and just wanted to be sure I had the date and time correct in my schedule. I called to confirm the date and time for the appointment to find that NO such appointment for me and my test were enter!!! I set, yet again, the same appointment to which the lady confirmed, the next day with an arrival time of 10:00 am - 11:00 am. I arrived at the Tacoma location 5 mins early and checked in. The young lady at the counter stated that the doctor, to whom was going to perform this test, had not arrived yet and that she would call to see when to expect him. After she made contact with him I found that he was to arrive at 10:30 am. I expressed my MASSIVE dissatisfaction with having to wait for 30 minutes with a FULL BLADDER when I was scheduled to arrive at 10:00 am. After all of this the young lady told me that she could preform the observed UA if I was comfortable. WOW!!!!! All of this for a little UA test. Thanks allot Any Lab Test Now, I will NEVER do business with you again!!!!

I recently had a lab test and I was nervous about the process. She listened to my story and why I needed the test (for parental rights). I didnt have to wait long. She put me at ease and explained the procedure. Kayla went over the results, research, and I learned a lot of new information. I would highly recommend ANYLABTESTNOW. Kayla and her assistant, Cheyenne were excellent to work with. Thank you!

Lisa is the most helpful, will answer all your question and do her job without asking. However, the manager Kayla cant even take an email phone number fax number correctly, which could have caused punitive damages to me. I would recommend that if u have any issues, you ask Lisa to fix it

Worst customer service. I have been trying to get a refund for three weeks now, I have sent emails, called corporate, called the office, and going in person. Everytime they say they are going to call me back, but they never do.
