On Yelp I managed to post a poor review of Quests corporate headquarters, as they are likely the responsible party for what I am about to say. Here on Google, I did not seem to have that option, so sorry, Pettygrove! Recently, I was requested by an employer to visit a Quest lab and submit to drug testing. When I phone the locations that are near me, I cannot get a human being on the phone. This is the norm, and not the exception, says customer service. Customer service was awesome and helpful, answering what questions they could, but they were unable to contact the actual locations to get me the information I needed (parking, closure due to inclement weather, etc.). Listen, to me it is not enough that a website says I have an appointment with a lab. I need to phone the lab on the day of, confirm that it is actually open during the advertised hours, find out that locations busy days/times are, etc. Hey, man. I get it. If youre not a fan of people asking you questions all the time, thats okay--BUT ONLY IN THE CASE OF A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT DEAL WITH PEOPLE. Quest does not meet that criterion. Without us, youd have no work. Put someone local on phones. Please!

This place seems to be run in a very disorganized way. They were understaffed so only one person was there to both oversee the tests and manage the front desk. It can be a long wait to get your test done since they are understaffed. The actual test procedure itself was pretty straightforward. The person behind the front desk took my drivers license and said she would give it back to me after my appointment. She didnt. Tried to call the place after I left and realized my drivers license was still there, but you cant reach the front desk directly, just automated phone services. Frustrating. Ended up retrieving my card the next morning.

Went here two weeks ago to get my blood work done as per MDs orders. The lab did not do all the requested tests so now I have to try and get it done again tomorrow w/o an appointment. The day I did go I made an appointment and still didnt get seen until 35 minutes afterwards. Then theres the issue of having to pay twice. My future employment might be impacted as well.

It is impossible to talk to someone on the phone. I tried to schedule an appointment, but couldnt find a time that works. So I wanted to know how long a walk-in usually takes (so I can make arrangements and plan my day), but I was simply hung up on. Great customer service.

They dont quite understand the check in process. They told me to have a seat when I arrived and they didnt need any info from me. When I approached them, 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment then they checked me in.

Went here yesterday. In an out in about 15 minutes. The woman that took my blood was highly skilled -- honestly I did not feel the needle go in.

Lost any paperwork for a test sample that my doctor ordered. Will have to go through procuring another sample later at a real clinic.

Everyone in the office was very friendly and professional. Was in and out within 10 minutes, would recommend.

The sign up process is very inefficient. Even if you have an appointment, you are not seen on time.

Front desk later was a robot and uninviting. The drug testing facility in NE is much nicer♡
