Unfortunate that the corporate mentality these days is to shove one person behind a desk at each clinic and just hope for the best. Im far more used to lab-centers where the employers are willing to staff more and dont just drop one person into a situation meant for 3 to 5 people. That said the Lab-tech here is prompt and impressively quick considering the situation. Anyway, nice lab, not a fan of the company.

This place was horrible!! The lady was very unhappy that was helping people. She was the only person there so when I got here there was only 2 people a head of me and It took her over an hour to get to me. They really need more people in the office to help. I will not be coming here again.

Im counting nine people waiting with only one person working. Ive been waiting for over one hour. This is the worst customer service ever. I totally agree with a prior comment they should go bankrupt. The trouble is there are not a lot of choices....i wont be back.....
