My family and I had been patients here ever since I could remember and today was my last time going back. I never know who my doctor is because they cant keep the same ones around, and now each time I go I end up having to wait 30-45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Three weeks ago I called to schedule an appointment and today was the earliest they could get me in. I saw the doctor (a new one go figure) only to have her refer me to another specialist in order to have my medication filled. Its the same medication I had been taking for 8 years. Needless to say I will be looking for a new practice. One in which I dont have to wait over a full month for a prescription. I would highly recommend avoiding this place.

I am a registered nurse worked in critical care for 26 yrs..have been in virginia 35 yrs..I professionally met Dr Wedd and witnessed his superb care of a critically Ill patient...and realized he was the Dr I needed for my primary care..He has shown compassion high expertise, outsources as needed,and always explains what and why he is doing things .He has always been up on current changes in the medical field and knows the plans he details for each patient...I just cant say enough....thanks is such a small word..Caring knowledgeable, there when you need him..and maintains excellent nurses to assist in care of clients...theres no word big enough to express all he is made of and all he has accomplished in my life....

My experiences at Primary Health Group - Chippenham have been nothing but positive. The front desk associates are always pleasant, the nurses are always very social and easy to talk to, and the doctors are very personable, taking the time you need and not rushing through your appointments. I have been with this medical group for over 25 years; I would recommend Primary Health Group for anyone in the surrounding RVA area. Nurse Practitioner Mary-Colleen Millage and Doctor Pendyal are both excellent to see.

I love simply love and appreciate the Chippenham office and its Team. As it usuaally is, my most recent visit went by without a hitch. I did not have to sit forever and a day waiting to be seen, I signed in and was in with the doctor in under 15 minutes. My doctor is always professional, yet people oriented; a complete dream. My fam,ily and I are very satified and very loyal patients of this group becuase of how the our doctor and the Chippenham team treat us and conduct the business of caRE.

I have been in and around many doctor offices, and I can definitely say that Primary Health Group Chippenham is ranked up there with the best of them. The office and support staff are very efficient and friendly, and Dr. Pendyal has always been a very attentive family doctor who works to find out the source of the problem, instead of just treating the symptoms. If you are looking for a primary care doctor, Id highly suggest Dr. Pendyal.

I had been with this practice for the last 15 years. Recently, since Dr. Felty left and the other doctors have taken more of a role in the practice, it has sharply declined in service and reputation. I am extremely dissatisfied with their "NEW" policies, impersonal doctors, and service. I will never go back there again and I am looking for another practice now. I will never recommend this practice to anyone else.

My primary care doctor for more than 30 years retired from Chippenham Family Medicine last year. He recommended Dr. Pendyal as someone I should consider for my future healthcare needs. I followed up on his advice and have had two visits with Dr. Pendyal. I have been very pleased with the care and attention I have received from her. She is a good listener and has been very responsive in treating and caring for me.

Went to this practice about a week ago as a new patient and the staff is very helpful and patient with you. I hadnt heard anything about my labs and when I called the receptionist was very friendly and took down my information and the nurse called me back promptly the next day. The nurse was very pleasant was well. Great facility!! My doc is Dr. Montgomery and she is the best!! First impression was definitely great!!

Im surprised this practice is still going. A few years back this place was one of the best in Richmond. After Dr. Carl and Felty left its quality has suffered. Staff gossips constantly while Im waiting for a blood test, etc. Atleast they have upgraded their equipment while downgrading their services. Your money well spent people.... avoid this worn down practice and do your research

I get very good care, returned phone calls and am checked in a reasonable amount of time when I arrive and I am perfectly happy seeing the Nursing Practitioner and they can write prescriptions the same as the physician. I have nothing but positive things to say about Mary and Dr. Pendyal and all the staff, front desk and nurses. They are highly recommended by me.

Last Friday I had a pleasure seeing Dr. Montgomery and I must say herself and the staff were exceptional starting from reception, to registration all the way to the Medical Assistant that came in before Dr. Montgomery it was a very warming experience and I would recommend them to any of my family and or friends.

i would recommend PHG my PCP Dr.N. Denisko and Dr. M. Holc is two of the best doctors i have here in Richmond they listen to your medical issues with care and refer you to specialist if needed, I will be moving further away but i refuse to change my doctors at PHG because my health is worth it.

I would recommend Primary Health Group for anyone. My husband has been going to Dr. Wedd for many years and has taken care of him. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. Prudance Coleman , Dr. Wedds nurse is very patient with my husband and very friendly.

New location is nice.... however, I have a new Dr. there (liked the old one better). This one does nothing that he is asked to do and does not do a completely good examination. So, I will try another one there and see what he or she does......
