I went to this Minute Clinic last night for a high fever and flu like symptoms. I was there for about 90 minutes sick as a dog with over a 103 degree temp. The NP could not figure out how to put in my new insurance information and used my old, expired insurance that was already in the system. This also led to me paying an increased co-pay amount. She then went a read the instruction guide on how to give me a flu test. There is nothing worse than feeling that sick and watching your provider read a manual on how to test and treat you. I left with a diagnosis of a sinus infection but was told I need to wait it out for at least 7 days before she could prescribe me anything. Huge waste of my time and will definitely be my last visit.

Great experience! Friendly, professional and efficient. Multi-tasking AND personable. Advice was right and explanation was clear, understandable. My prescription was waiting for me when I arrived at a different CVS just 4 miles away.

I had to wait for a little while but once I was seen, my experience was very positive. Dr. Jones was kind, approachable, helpful, and knowledgable. She was efficient, but I didnt feel rushed. Will definitely go again.
