Got there early. The staff appeared to be very bothered when I told them that my blood draw needed to be done before 9am per Doctors order. The lady that did the blood draw was very pleasant. On my way out I thanked the staff members who were very rude, they did not even respond when I thanked them. Angry looks from everyone. Shame on them. Will be going somewhere else next time. Do not recommend. I hope they do not mess up my blood work like their messy attitudes. Zero stars from me.

I used to go to a different lab (Southgate on Northline), but was a lot happier with this one. Even when its busy, the wait isnt that bad. I like how you can actually talk to the staff, such as asking for the glucose drink upon arrival for gestational diabetes testing. The other location you have a sign in sheet and the staff is in another room entirely, so its harder to communicate things like that.

Regret coming here with my children. Workers seemed bothered and annoyed while taking their blood. Greatly disappointed and if I knew would went a bit further for a more pleasant service. When it comes to children they are innocent and its not their fault that they are scared. Worked looked like we were a inconvenience for her. Hope to never come here again.

Excellent service! They took my insurance information straight away and brought me back within 15 minutes. Patients must understand that it takes time to get things prepared, insurance verified, etc. I was very pleased with my care at this facility.

The staff there try to help me as much as they could, but I find it odd that they could not release my medical information to me the patient.

I had one worker get my blood draw. He was very rude, works in anger. Doesnt even know how to draw blood.

The lobby needs to be updated or at least cleaned!! The odor is awful and not welcoming at all..
