I cracked a back molar while eating dinner. Until this, I had not been to dentist in 3 years due to going on Medicare. They were able to see me the next morning to do xrays and exam. They provided a worksheet of the work that needed to be done and the cost of each area. Of course, the need of a crown took priority. We set a future appt 5 days later. Not only is the front office staff professional (Kalyn), but Dentist Grewal and her assistant, Erin are extremely top notch in all areas!! I used to have a fear of dental appts, but because of the friendliness and the gentle approach, they made me feel comfortable. I have finally found a new dentist that I trust and love!!! Thank you Sandy Gentle Dental...appreciate all of you!!

Had oral surgery. The next day I called because they made a mistake and I had to leave a message. No one responded from the office so I called 2 more times left a message and still no call back. Called the emergency overnight after closing, they called back and told me I have to call office first thing at 8am and assistant will talk to Dr. who worked on me. Called at 8am again the next day and still can only leave a message because supposingly they still working with other patients and left another message and again at 9am and not one call back. Following surgery, dont expect any customer service or assistance.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, they did a root canal on me and I had to go to another dentist to get it fixed
