Can not possibly be more happy with my experience with Gentle Dental. My only regret is not leaving my old dentist sooner. COMPLETELY pain free visits, including the novocaine shot. My old dentist had me trained to believe that dental work just hurts and you have to bear through it. That resulted in me developing an unhealthy fear and avoidance of the dentist at all costs. I knew I needed work done, but the anxiety was too much, until one day I had been up literally all night with a toothache, I called my regular dentist the moment they opened, in tears in pain. The soonest they would see me was 24 hours later, for a consult only. No way I could last that long, and no way that they would see me sooner. So I called Gentle Dental, they saw me that very morning and I was fixed and pain free within that visit. Amazing! I even got a follow up call from the Dr. (not an assistant or secretary) to make sure I was doing OK. Now, that anxiety is gone. I have never been so happy to go to the dentist and insure that my dental health is the best it can be. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I had my first appointment at Gentle Dental today. I am a middle aged woman who was in dire need to improve my smile. All I can say is....THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! Dr. Conzotti...youre the best! I know you have lots of patients....but you made me feel like I was most important today. I appreciate that. (and I appreciate you going above and beyond. It meant a lot) I will see no one but you! I LOVE what you did with my front teeth! And Trish.....you are awesome! Thanks for making me feel so comfortable. I talked to at least 7 different people while I was there, and everyone was welcoming and friendly. Thank you all for a very rewarding visit!

I thought I was in good hands! However, I was not! I brought in a coupon and paid for what the coupon said I was suppose to get. (It said x-rays, exam, and cleaning) Well a month later I got a bill for over $200. I called and they said they would take care of it. Got another one the second month. They said they faxed headquarters twice, so it should be taken care of. Third month still got the bill. Now would you continue to have work done at a place like that?? Im going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Very disappointed!!

An established patient I was recently laid off. Filling came out, nerve exposed and in extreme pain. Would not see me unless I had $800. Although Comfort Dental a few blocks away is letting me make 3 payments & I am new patient. When I am insured again I will not be returning. No loyalty to established patients in need of some assistance. Although - if you are insured. Best dental establishment Ive been to. Too bad its only because youre a commodity, not because they really care.

I love going to the dentist... this was the worst experience ever. 5 different dentist rotating constantly. Gentle my ass. Have you ever had a wedge put in your mouth to keep open. If not schedule an appointment. they will max out your insurance. Then they run your credit and try to get you to take out a loan. And you have no idea what it cost until the bill comes.... PS have fun

had a crown done it keeps coming off go back in get it glued back on. Finally they just put some past over it and did not glue back in SO MUCH FOR THE WARRANTY NOW A BIGGER PROBLEM IMPLANTS at 5,000 ALREADY PAID FOR CROWN!!!! Went to a different dentist says he can fix crown and guarantee it!! I do not recommend them!! The new place I went to is very much cheaper!!
