The provider assigned to see my grandchildren was clearly outdated in her knowledge of why we were there. I was talked down to and her bedside manner was inappropriate and lacking. I was most disturbed by her physical examination of my grandchildren. She did not ask permission ..instead she said okay Im going to check your privates and shoved her hand in their pants. No warning and no asking permission. This is traumatic for a child ...especially if there is any kind of history for the child. And she did it with each child present in the room of the other. I let her know that I must be used to private insurance because I will not be returning. If this is the kind of treatment foster children get, and individuals who have no other choice for medical care except what is provided by the state it is humiliating and very very low patient care. I took the kids there for specific purposes and wound up having a number of unnecessary referrals (ordered) that we complete. Speech therapy, sonogram, and additional resources ordered that I was already aware of and taking action on. I would never recommend anyone to this clinic. Additionally our provider that day, could work on her "first impression", people skills, emotional intelligence, and learn how to relate to people in a more constructive manner. I am so sorry for everyone that has no other options available to them for medical attention. It was very clear to me from this visit with my grandchildren that the goal here is to get as much money from the state as possible by ordering extra testing and assigning additional social workers for the children. Im hopeful not all physicians working there are like the one we saw. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO THERE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU FIND ANOTHER CLINIC. My grandkids left feeling worse than they arrived and I left very shocked, upset and appalled at the experience.

Changing doctors very soon! I came to this clinic back in August after having severe pain from a snowboarding accident in my leg and pelvis. One single x-ray was done and then my weight and muscles were blamed for my pain. Was put in physical therapy from August until present. After loosing feeling in my foot and soon leg, groom and rectal area and finding it almost impossible to pass urine without having to force it all that was done was blood work... yeah thats it BLOOD WORK!! a few days later I was in the shower and nearly passed out from the overwhelming pain that was just worsening I decided to go to the ER where they ran many tests. Had I not been retaining urine I would not have received the MRI showing 3 disk herniations one being so bad it was pushing so tightly into my nerves at the L5-S1 level that I had to have an emergency surgery. My spinal surgeon said it was one of the worst herniations hed ever seen! Unfortunately I may never regain normality in my ability to use the bathroom and I likely wont regain feeling in my foot or majority of my leg because of the nerve damage. Had he doctor not messed around so much I could have had this taken care of MONTHS ago. You can be sure Im taking this into court.

Its has been worse experience to me. I reach there 15 min ahead of appointment for check in. When you check it and the nurse calls you in, than inside the doctor room, you will wait at least 45 mins for doctor to come. I dont know why they give you appointments at 7 and see you actually at 7:50 I had this experience many times, not only once. for me, my child and my wife. Today again we had an appointment at 6:45pm and we were able to see the doctor at 8:40pm, would you believe this? Today they told us that the doctor is behind schedule so its gonna be about 30 mins late, so it ended up one hour and 40 minutes.

I went here for 25 years. from the very beginning of their opening. My doctor was Dr. Heffner --- for 25 years. Id had much experience with doctors and specialists. But I found he was very thorough, so I stayed w/him as my G.P for 25 years!. Sadly he retired and I had to find another doctor. I cried and still miss him. But this is a great clinic. Youll get great care

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION - The front desk staff messed up a very simple check-in. Manager, Juana was the rudest person I have EVER (I really mean it) come across with. They treat you like you have no value.

I have been going here for almost 28 years. I see Bob Smithing and both him and Lisa, his medical assistant, are amazing. All the staff is very nice. Definitely recommend.
