I enjoyed Dr. Benca and her staff for the first year I was a patient. The following year I switched insurance companies and they assured me they were still covered "in network" It wasnt until the end of the year I was billed for close to $900 that was not covered by insurance. It was frustrating and upsetting to pay for someone elses mistake on top of bills I had for a new baby. They took $150 off and had the lack of compassion to still charge interest on my monthly payments. Its hard to not be bitter when Dr. Benca talked on end about how many times shes been to Europe and Asia the last time I was in. Looks like shes really hurting for that $750.

I am 68 years old and have hated going to the dentist my entire life until a very good friend referred me to her about 8 or 9 years ago. SHE AND EVERYONE ON HER STAFF ARE FABULOUS. I still dont like going to the dentist but when I have to, shes the only one I want. And Nancy is a totally perfect cleaner of my teeth with NO PAIN ... never had a hygienist like her either! My prayer is they dont retire until I no longer need them ... but then I think maybe Patricias daughter will take over her practice and I expect her professional approach and caring manner will be just as her Mothers is ...

Friendly people with great service. I come here twice yearly for my checkups. I got my night guard made here without any issues. It is the cleanest and well decorated dental office I have ever visited. They have the highest tech in dental cleaning. They provided me with a free sonic care toothbrush on my first visit also. Awesome value.

I have a fear of dentists and since Ive been coming to Dr. Benca, my fears are more mellow! The whole office is fantastic and friendly! Recently they have added another dentist and he helped me one day. I was the same kind of scared with a new face but he too was really nice and friendly! Its a feel good kind of place.

I just recently moved Seattle and had to find a new dentist. These guys have great reviews so I decided to make an appointment. So glad I did because Dr. Laura Benca provided one of the best experiences Ive had in awhile. They were really nice, very gentle, and super knowledgeable.
