I am thrilled with the treatment that I have received from the team at Sumner Smiles. I am so happy to find a fantastic dentist so close to home. I received friendly service when I made my appointment. Tammy was very helpful in sorting out my insurance coverage. Most importantly, it is obvious that Dr. Nielsen is highly skilled and dedicated to her craft. She clearly explained the work that needed to be done and came up with a treatment plan that I am very happy with. I have had some unpleasant experiences with dentist in the past so I was nervous for my appointment but I am happy to report that everything went well and the experience was as comfortable as dental work can be. I highly recommend Dr. Nielsen and her team.

Dr. Nikolina Nielsen and her staff have been so friendly, professional and accommodating! We have been going to Sumner Smiles for many years, with the previous dentist. At first, when Dr. Nielsen took over the practice, we were a little worried. But, after going for awhile, we are so pleased with everyone there. The office coordinator/receptionist is so sweet and helpful! When my son needed to get a last minute teeth cleaning and exam, they were able to get him in, by juggling things around! They go the extra mile to serve their clients!

My whole life I have been absolutely terrified of the dentist, until I became a patient here at sumner smiles. The ladies at the front desk always greet you with a smile, the assistants are very good at telling you what to expect, and lastly the actual dentist are SO gentle, they made sure I was completely comfortable and situated, even without telling them I was nervous. Anyway my experience there was so awesome that I have my 5 year old seen there as well. Theyre everything I was expecting from a dentist office and more!!

The entire staff is so welcoming and nice. I have the worst Dentist anxiety and avoided going like the plague. This team makes me want to fix my teeth. Not only do the take my Anxiety into account, the "bedside manner", cant be beat. Theyre informative about health and restoration, you can tell they actually care. Im going to continue to get healthy, with the amazing staff at this clinic.

Please do not go to this dentist! I was not diagnosed properly which caused tremendous pain. I had to see another dentist to repair the damage. Adding insult to injury, the office manager, Tammy, is incredibly rude. I was called repeatedly and sent collection notices for money that was not owed.
