"Hey! Come sit in a chair and let me stick my fingers in your mouth." Not the worlds best pickup line and definitely not the first thing that comes to mind as a fun experience but we all know we need to do it 2x per year. Whether you floss daily or didnt and now have to get your crowns, Doc Korn is the guy to see. The attention to the patient and to the small details are amazing. He is a rock star in knowing his profession and he is really truly present with his patients. From keeping great records so you dont have to repeat yourself each visit to making the visit as physically comfortable as possible everyone goes out of their way to get you in, out and well cared for. Personally I really like to know what is going on when they stick the mining tools into my mouth and Dr. Korn and his team willingly take the time to explain everything in a language I can understand so I know exactly what to expect. They are also honest. When I asked if something was going to hurt I was told, "yeah, it wont be fun but it also wont last." Honesty from a real person. Even small things like sending electronic calendar appointments that quickly go into my Outlook calendar and reminders well ahead of my appointment so that I dont have to deal with last minute reminders. Great job all around!

I have been seeing Dr. Korn for over a year now and my experience has been nothing but top-notch. I highly recommend his practice for any dental needs. Location is great with it being right near Southcenter Mall and easy access to both I-5 and I-405. The facilities are modern, clean, but still comfy. I felt at ease the entire time which is a huge plus for being at the dentist! It is a rare find to see many DDS equipped with a ceramic lab in-house. That was definitely impressive to me as well as the panoramic x-ray machine. I had never seen my tooth structure in such detail! The staff I have had the pleasure of assisting me have been some of the most knowledgeable, friendly, and professional I have dealt with. Dr. Korn himself was great. He truly cared what he was doing and that the patient understood their dental hygiene and health. He answered any questions I had and was friendly with a fun wit as well. There are also plenty of fun extras going to Dr. Korns such as they will let you pick some music on Pandora to help you relax during your cleaning. I saw a headset video screen that if I was getting some extensive work I would definitely ask to use to catch a flick. =) Really happy with my visits and happy I found this dentistry!

My experience at Dr. Korns has been extremely satisfying. I underwent wisdom tooth extraction this past week and I have never felt so comfortable going to a dentist. Dr. Korn and his staff were extremely friendly yet professional making sure I was mentally ready for the surgery. The procedure was surprisingly quick and even after a few days, I feel completely normal like I never even had my tooth pulled out. Dr. Korn must have the best hands in the west. My prior experience at Dr. Korns was a check up and cleaning, which was by far the most comfortable experience on a dentists chair. I also really like the soundtrack playing throughout the office, very comforting. I also appreciate the text and email appointment reminders I get especially since I dont remember half of my non-work related appointments. This is very helpful for typical appointments made months down the line. I would definitely recommend Dr. Korns for anyone seeking a comfortable dentists appointment.

I had neglected my dental care for over 7 years, so naturally I was apprehensive (even scared) about going to the dentist. A colleague from work referred me to Dr. Korn and I made an appointment. Im so happy I did! They made me feel welcomed, and didnt shame me for putting off care for so long. In just a few visits theyve got me back on track with my dental care and I feel great! Dr. Korn & his staff are not only friendly & inviting, but very competent. Theyve been great about working around my schedule & have delivered excellent care. Do yourself a favor; dont put you dental care off like I did. Make an appointment & let Dr. Korn & his staff take care of you. Youll be glad you did.

I highly recommend Dr. Korn. He is knowledgeable, communicative, patient and performs quality work. He explains procedures and listens to me. He is not the kind of dentist to do work unless it is needed. I am not an easy patient for I have a dread of dentists since I was a little girl. When I first started seeing him he had a lot of temps working there but now I am glad to report that he has full time employees so now you see the same person on your cleaning appointments etc. He also has a good re pore and working relationship with his assistant while doing cavities crowns etc. The frosting on the cake is that he is RIGHT off the freeway so his location is very convenient !!

I had a great experience at Dr. Korns when I went in for my routine cleaning this week. Everyone was very friendly and it was obvious that they all cared about me, my comfort and what they were doing. My hygienist Kim was wonderful and made my cleaning a very pleasant experience. Dr. Korn was very thorough with is examination and was in no hurry to get me out of there. He was great and answered all my questions and really just made me feel like a VIP. Overall my experience was great and I would highly recommend everyone to go see Dr. Korn and his staff for any dental needs you may have!

I decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Korn after reading the previous reviews and his educational background. Im so glad I did. I have never had such a wonderful experience at the dentist. The whole staff was compassionate and knowledgeable. Kim did the most thorough cleaning and polishing I have ever experienced. Dr. Korn sat and talked with me, while answering all my questions. I felt as the whole staff truly cared wanted to get to know me. I love the online appointment scheduling and email reminders! I would only recommend Dr. Korn!

I saw my periodontist the other week and his new hygienist asked me where my gold crowns were done...because they were some of the most beautiful crowns shes seen. (Shes in her 50s and also teaches at a local college, so she has seen a lot of dentists work). I told her I had them done at Dr. Michael Korns office. Dr. Korn is consistently interested in my comfort during the procedure, and my satisfaction with the result. Im a happy patient and would recommend him in a heartbeat! Hes also a genuinely nice person and has great staff.

The cleaning was very gentle, so gentle that my only concern is that I want to ensure all plaque got removed. If the hygienist produced just as effective results, than I applaud Kim because my former hygienist used a laser which hurt and sometimes triggered migraines. I believe she did! I agreed with Dr. Korns diagnosis of the crown. From my observation, Dr. is conscientious, competent, and believes in excellent customer service and everyone there is pleasant and friendly--my kind of business.
