I searched for close to a week looking for an eye doctor that accepted my insurance, TriCare, and kept being told places did not accept it. I came across Stagehouse Vision Center whose website says they accept TriCare insurance. I called and asked the receptionist if they accepted TriCare and was assured they do. I made an appointment and it took almost 2 months to get in to be seen for a vision and contact lens exam. The day of my appointment, May 2 2017, I got to the office and they had me in the system as working for a company I have never heard of. I explained the issue and was assured by the receptionist, Sharon, that she would fix it in the system and she apologized for the mistake. After she photo copied my militaryID and had me sign the HIPPA form and insurance responsibility form she took me back to the exam room and began asking questions about allergies and my contact wear habits. She then asked when the last time I had been there was to which I explained I had never been there before which confused her as they had me in the system as having been there before and been seen previously by the optometrist. She finished asking the normal questions and left saying the doctor would be in shortly. After less than 5 minutes waiting Sharon came back in the room and told me they do not accept TriCare and my exams would not be covered. After taking the day off work and driving 20-30 minutes to get to Stagehouse Vision Center after trying to get in for close to 2 months I was in the system as working for a random company Ive never heard of, in their system as having been there before and then told they dont accept the insurance I called specifically to make sure they accepted before ever making an appointment. My wife called that evening to ask about it as it still showed on their website that they accept TriCare and spoke to Sharon. Sharon argued with my wife that their website does not show that they accept TriCare (we took a screenshot of it) and proceeded to tell my wife shes sorry but theres nothing she can do. Absolutely terrible experience and would not recommend it to anyone after my experience.

I have gone to this doctor for 15+ years and he is outstanding. Recently my son injured his eye at school. He was in a fair amount pain. I picked him up from school, and without even calling ahead, drove straight to Dr. Ravagnanis office. I wanted an expert, not someone at an med center who didnt know what they were doing. We were taken back immediately and the Dr. took care of him. He is kind and patient, and made my son feel so much better. I highly recommend his office. Office staff is always pleasant, and patient. I am happy to have a local doctor that can take care of our whole family.

I joined the Glass Explorer program a few months ago and soon after had a need to get my new frames fitted with prescription lenses. I called a few different places in the area, and Stage House Vision was the only one that was willing to work with me. Not only that, but they were very enthusiastic about it (I was the first person to bring Glass to them), and very friendly. The turnaround was quick and overall I was very pleased with my experience.

Dr. Ravagnani is a very personable guy who made me feel very comfortable. His office is very efficient with appointments - getting in and out. Picking out glasses took me forever, but Cindy was very patient with me. My whole family are patients and we highly recommend him. My daughter Abigial loves going there bc he tells her her eyesight is perfect!

Dr. Ravagnani and the rest of the staff were great. I initially came because they were recommended by my insurance company. Thats always a crap shoot because who knows if they are just trying to save money by sending you to somewhere cheap. That wasnt the case at all. It was actually a very nice office. No complaints on my end at all.

Ive been a Stage House Vision customer for more than 15 years and always get great service from Drs. Ravagnini and Manenti. They and their staff are friendly and make it easy to discuss any medical or billing issues. They are a tremendous asset to the Brecksville community!

Was blind and this was the only place siri could find for me. I was very impressed with the personal care from Dr. Ravagnani. I had a semi serious eye injury and was treated like a human not another number and a perscription. Loved the friendly staff! Will be back.

The staff is terribly rude & lazy. They will not help a patient if it is not convenient for them. They are also violating HIPAA by having a laptop in the exam room that you can see every patient’s name/information on at a glance.

This office is top rate, and I would highly recommend them. Both the doctors and staff are very professional, personable, and efficient. The office is clean and decorated nicely. Most importantly, they use the latest technology.
