I was very disappointed with the responsiveness of this place. I attempted to contact them via the phone number listed on their website several times during their business hours on Monday, but received no answer. I finally submitted a web inquiry form via their website which included my full schedule for the next 10 days and then decided to try another optometrist. In the time it took them to reply to me, I scheduled with another office, attended that appointment, ordered new glasses and contact lenses, and received those glasses and contact lenses before this office ever even contacted me back! When they did contact me, they called me by the wrong name, even though my original inquiry with my correct name was forwarded at the bottom... I wont be contacting them, in the future -- it was a huge waste of time, and I felt that they were dismissive. Maybe they dont want new patients.

Quick and Cheap. My only complaint is that I asked for a copy of my prescription to order contacts on my own and they gave me an incomplete copy after assuring me that they didnt care whether I ordered from them or not.
