They plant themselves next to Planned Parenthood intentionally. They are 1st and 2nd Trimester care for the uninsured or available for those in need for whatever special circumstance that would bring them there. They are pro-life and thats why they sit so close to planned parent hood, for those who want to keep their baby will get directed to Real Options from Planned Parenthood.

The environment at Real Options Pregnancy & Abortion Information Medical Centers in San Jose and Mountain View were so very professionally run it was impressive, and the staff were so nice and welcoming. All the services were free and I felt like they supported me in every way. I was treated with kindness and respect without judgment.

I am a young mother myself, coming in with little knowledge of being a parent or how to start my pregnancy journey I left with more information than I can think of . This is a really good place.

This establishment does not give you options, it is clear they provide one choice: continuing with the pregnancy. Provided false information concerning abortion that was not based in scientific fact. Attempted to use religious reasoning. Utilized scare tactics to discourage the termination of pregnancy. Horrible.

Good place.. Mostly..We were given great advice, info about the pregnancy, urine test and a sonogram, All for free! BUT even though The nurses and assistants were nice, they were very biased and had a religious agenda being pushed on to us to try and sway our decisions.
