El doctor Ramirez excelente doctor,me trató por más de 10años, pero dejé de ir porque las recepcionista son muy groseras lo tratan como si ellas me fueran hacer un favor pero se les olvida que de él pagó de nuestras consultas,ellas tienen un salario parece que no tuvieron educación yo en una ocasión le comente al doctor el trato que le dan a los pacientes en la recepción y el dijo voy hablar con ellas pero todo siguió igual volví a consulta y en la recepción estaban tratando a otra señora igual le dijo porque es usted grosera, y no regresé más la clínica a perdido muchos pacientes me he encontrado atrás personas que antes también se atendían con el doctor Ramirez.

I have been a Kaiser member all my life and recently switched to a different healthcare plan just to try it out. I was assigned to Doctor Ramirez at this location. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I refuse to go to the doctor now and have been waiting for open enrollment with my company just so I can change plans. The facility is dirty, the staff is very mean, and the doctors just want to get you out of there. My first walk in experience had me sitting and waiting for 3 hours. I told the doctor my symptoms and he just nodded his head. It looked like he just came back from lunch cause he was still chewing and had a dirty coat on. Ive been seen by other doctors here too. Please, avoid this place!
