Great first experience here - came to see Dr. Nguyen and she was very sweet and patient. I didnt feel rushed through the appointment, and she even saw me a little early which I appreciated. My one request of them would have been if they could have run my insurance prior to my appointment - Im still pretty new to the "real world" and having my own insurance, so I was a little confused by the payment process. It would have been nice to know what the expected cost of the visit was beforehand. Aside from that, it was a great experience - if you are new to the area or just looking for a primary care doctor, this is an excellent option. They take the time to get to know you which is a huge plus. :)

I live on the coast, but I make the one-hour drive to see Dr. Fell because I am confident in his medical advice. Today - another good experience with One Medical and Dr. Fell. Appointment started on time, Dr. Fell obviously reviewed my file thoroughly by the questions he asked me. He has excellent bedside manner and seems to care about all aspects of my health- physical and mental. The office staff (receptionist and lab technician) were friendly, courteous, and efficient as well. I was in and out very quickly and did not feel rushed- all my issues were addressed. I also like using the One Medical iPhone app.- very convenient for making appointments.

The convenience, both online and in the office is exceptional. The pricing reasonable. I love the mix of online scheduling, but also always available via email and phone. I disliked my GP for many years and really wanted someone that would take the time and not just jump to writing a prescription. I found this at One Medical in Sunnyvale. Its also great, that when Im working in SF, and need a quick Dr appt - they are right there!
