This is a terrible hospital in San Ramon. The doctors are not experience it seems that they assign the newest ones if your a new patient. For pain management they send you to out side facilities. My mom tried to have all her medical prescriptions as of yet have not yet got any feed back. Every time she had to explain the same details to each operator she is 85 years old I have asked them to call me instead of my mother and they still call her she is blind in one eye and is in pain. Also I needed some records so they directed me to the record department all for my mom mind you, and I didnt understand why I had to have two of the same release forms of the same form but only check one different box. She made me feel like I was stupid and as I left the I stood out side the door she didnt see and she and another worker had a good laugh. I wanted to join Kaiser myself but I change my mind so I will never join Kaiser Permanente. Sign, A Very unsatisfied person

Connie Widdowson Condescending, rude, arrogant, and the worst experience with a health care provider I have ever had. Wouldnt let me talk, she kept cutting me off, and everything I would say it seemed as though she argued. Apparently if a procedure is done according to them anywhere besides kaiser they dont acknowledge it. Horrible bedside manner. Literally had me in tears. this woman is an obgyn which is shocking. She should be a prison guard with her attitude. Still a week later and I feel completely violated. This woman should not be practicing medicine much lest gynecology.

Best kept secret. Busy, but not overtly crowded compared to other Kaisers in the area. Great to have this conveniently close where I live. Big parking lot and can get filled up quickly throughout the day. Staff and doctors listen and are friendly and helpful. Once checked in, the wait isnt long to get escorted into an exam room. Cheerful volunteer greeters welcome you as you walk in and help direct you to where you want to go. Pharmacy is on the first floor.

Poor customer service, if youre even 10 minutes late for an appointment theyll tell you to come back in a month. If you need to call in and inform them youre going to be 10 minutes late for any reason, forget about getting an answer on the phone. I had an appointment at 730 and called in 3 times to let them know I would be late and didnt get answered once. Yet when I walk into the office theres someone sitting on their cell phone.

Two of the recent reviews gave the offices a very poor review. I couldnt disagree more! My personal physician is there and he has been with Kaiser more than 15 years. The Lab is fast and efficient. RXs get filled much faster than WC. The ability to communicate with your doctor through email is efficient, fast and saves both patient and doctor a lot of time and travel (for the patient).

I had to cancel an appointment at the last minute because of a dying family member and the person who answers the phone in cosmetic dermatology was extremely robotic and unsympathetic. I usually dont receive this type of cold treatment from Kaiser.
