Doctors are kind and patient. I am an absolute baby when it comes to solution being put in my eyes for the dilation and they didnt rush me. When it came time for my glasses they listened to my concerns and helped me pick up lightweight glasses and never made me feel rushed or directed to more expensive lens. I was even told to go with a cheaper lens when trying out some pairs because it didnt look quite right. When I couldnt find the shorter lens I was accustomed to, they made sure the company cutting my lens shaved off enough to give me a comfortable fit. My glasses took a while longer to arrive due to circumstances out of Perlman Centers hands, mainly my custom cut lens. Now I have one-of-a-kind glasses and they have a satisfied customer!

I went there this morning for the first time, a regular checkup and new glasses prescription. It was eight in the morning and the staff were entirely capable of being downright delightful. The blonde nurse or tech is sharp and made me laugh a few times. Cecilio was super helpful with helping me choose the right glasses, and ready to answer any question I had; I was impressed. Dr. Cabrera was kind, informative, and professional. The few wait times were brief. The whole appointment went smoothly and easily, especially for a first time visit. I am so grateful that my insurance covers this place, and that I set up an appointment with this place.

I order my daughters glasses on January 14th 2017..... I am still counting and they continue to give stories about why they have not arrive. Its been more than a month and a half, they said it would only take about 3 weeks. Well I think I am just going to go somewhere else next time, just leaned my lesson!
