This clinic deserves zero star if there is one! We chose here because it was located within the Klahanie neighborhood and thought of helping out the local community, but it was totally wrong and the worst experience ever. They are just another franchised version of the medical business. We did the annual checkups here for the first time and didnt do any extra stuff, and got a bill from another lab saying that theyve stopped accepting our insurance a year ago. Wow. And the best part was that it took forever to reach out to talk to the right person (I had to call the Swedish at Highlands because the Klahanie Swedish doesnt do any sort of billing issues), and no single person likes to take a responsibility of helping me out. AVOID here. They, even a doctor here, really dont care for patients and have no willing to be friendly. UPDATE: After contacting the lab, we found out that the Swedish put the wrong insurance code in the first place. What a great job! Adios, Swedish.

Poorest quality of care for Swedish. It wasnt the consistently condisending delivery from the desk attendant Jill. It wasnt even her unwillingness to communicate scheduling options that caused our family to move on from this clinic after just 1.5yrs, nor was it the increased need to utilize an urgent care due to little availability here... The cause for one star and a departure from this clinic was due to a false diagnosis of a serious medical condition for our 7yr old daughter, delivered via phone call on a Friday evening from a Dr heading out for the weekend at this practice. No further details provided in the call other than the name of the disease and an informal recommendation to follow up next week for more detail and the ability to ask questions. It was horrifying. The Swedish system is spectacular. This location is not. It is in dire need of a top down quality check and guidance.

I had a really great experience at this Primary Care facility. The doctor, Ashmita Chaudhary, was very nice and extremely helpful!! I had an urgent situation where I needed her help so we could leave to country quickly, and she went above and beyond what most doctors would do and even came in to sign off my paperwork after she had injured her elbow (and should have been home recovering) since she knew how important it was to me and my family. All of the staff were also very helpful to arrange everything and did their best to fit me into their schedule when I came at the last minute. I cannot thanks them enough for really working to help me out in my time of need!! Thanks Again!!

Im surprised about the negative reviews. My husband and I both had a great experience. We referred here by someone who highly recommend this facility. Dr. Asmita Chaundrey was awesome. The have more availability even as new patients and the clinic its self was clean and has a nice ambiance. The girl at the front desk was very friendly. The second time I called the call center to reschedule the girl wasnt quite as courteous but thats a separate call center that they use for appointments so that didnt effect my opinion, plus the girl was a bit short but not really rude per se. I would highly recommend and have made Dr. Chaundrey my PCP.

I went to find out why I had wheezing for the past three months. She didnt even try to listen to my chest properly, and she refused to listen to what I was telling her. Luckily I have found another physician who doesnt want to fob me off with antibiotics, but who will get to the bottom of why my lungs rattle. An unpleasant bedside manner. I could practice medicine better than she does without an MD. How she got through medical school is beyond me. This review in intended to help people avoid bad practice, or to send a message to the doctor that she needs to improve and LISTEN to her patients.

I picked this clinic at random after moving to Issaquah. I needed to see a doctor ASAP and the clinic was able to get me an appointment for the next day. The front desk staff has been very friendly and helpful, both over the phone and in person. The med tech was super warm and funny. Dr. Chaudhary took the time to listen to my concerns and I was happy with the plan we developed together. If you need urgent care, go to an urgent care clinic or the ED. This is a primary care clinic.

Im really surprised that people do not like this place. The front desk is a bit quiet, but I wouldnt say arrogant. They get our kids in on the same day if they are really sick every time. That to me is amazing in itself. I think the health care professionals in the back from the aids to the Doctors are fantastic. They seem to listen to our concerns and actually spend time with us. We visit here regularly as my kids tend to get sick more since we moved here.

It is surprising that this clinic is still in business. The front desk staff is arrogant and unhelpful (even when a 2-year-old needs medical attention). The medical staff does not provide help on mychart questions. SMC operates a great hospital on the highlands. It is surprising that the same company would associate themselves with this deplorable facility. Thankfully there are several better options for family doctors nearby.

The receptionist was very unhelpful and condescending on the phone as well as in person. The quality of care here is horrible and lacking the usually good experience Im used to with the Swedish system as a whole. I recommend not going to this place. Take the trip to the plateau and get service from people who actually know what they are doing and make you feel like a person. This really is just a Doc in a Box experience.

As someone who works in the health care field I can honestly say this clinic is wonderful and exceeds my expectations. I have never had a problem getting an appointment quickly. Front desk is wonderful, quick, and cordial.Dr. Qannan is so wonderful to talk to. He has a great bedside manner and really speaks to patients very well. Keep up the good work, guys!

I Ive seen the other reviews but I must say this was an entirely pleasurable experience. Everybody I spoke to from the front counter back to the doctor was extremely polite and professional. Would give six stars if I could. Nothing more could have been done.

The doctor I saw was great, but the schedulers and front desk people are SO incompetent. Beware. If you plan your day around a doctor appointment, dont be surprised if you get there and they tell you that you are not on the schedule.

Best Drs office Ive been to in the state. Medical staff in Washington are really lacking in basic social skills and frankly have no concern for patients but that is not the case here. I will continue to be seen here
