Kind, friendly staff who know what they are doing -- I barely even noticed the needle as I was getting blood drawn. And at this location (as opposed to one I was previously at in the Med Center) theyll take your credit or debit card and charge you your balance when your insurance pays their part, which is a Hell of a lot better than overlooking a $1.50 bill on $600 worth of blood work mailed to you once from f#$%ing LabCorp that then gets sent to their collection agency. Seriously, Ive had LabCorp bill me $1.50 and then turn it over to a collection agency. F@#$ LabCorp.

I called one morning trying to find out if they where busy at the moment , thus I would go as a walk in or if they where busy, I would make an appt . Lady that answered phone said she was with a pt & that walk in was welcome. I then asked if there was someone else that could help me ; she said that person was also with a pt, then stated, I just helped you, & hung up the phone. I will ask my Dr. to send my blood wk request to another Lab.
