Do not come here if it has to do with children. I had a bad experience today my 7yrs old daughter went in for some blood work.The technician must not know what she doing around children .I was holding her other arm trying to keep her calm thinking the technician would hold the arm she was taking blood from but she didnt so when she poked my daughter with the needle she jerked back, and the tec was like oh she almost poked me more worry about herself while my daughter is bleeding I had to get a gauze and put pressure myself. Then she has a nerve to tell my daughter she shouldnt move or the tec can poke herself dont blame it on the child dont you do this for a living . If she knows anything about children is they are not going to be still and all happy when someone is hurting them if the tec was holding my daughter arm they right why that wouldnt had happened another technician comes in and help restraining my daughter she tries to draw some blood again in the same arm and couldnt get anything after seeing all this blood and everything I fainted this is something I live with all my life that I cannot control after I woke up the technician rushed me out told me to get my bags because she has to see the next person not even caring if I can faint and fall on the ground. Now in the waiting room with my daughter and 3 year old toddler trying to get it under control til I felt better I needed to go to the bathroom cause I felt nauseous nobody was there to open the door it was locked I was at the front desk trying to get some help but nobody was there.they need people that know how to handle children I will never go back oh by the way now I know why they never answer the phone nobodys at the front desk,the phones just kept on ringing

Poor service only needed blood drawn had doctors order only one other person waiting,was called to the back in less than 2 minutes, the room I was asked to go in had 3 technician one sitting on the desktop the other 2 facing him laughing and having a conversation I thought I was in the wrong room and then here comes in a4th tech who sits at the computer and tells me that I have come to early because my Dr order was for the 22nd and the other tech that was sitting on the desktop said I would have to come back that they could not and did not draw my blood because I was to early, I told them I have never heard of that before so I left and went to quest diagnosis on 249 behind Methodist hospital had a 20 minute, wait in and out the staff was very polite .p.s.iwill never go to that particular quest diagnosis again if I could give them them a lesser score I would

Theres no one in the front greeting customers or just being a presence. Another quest diagnostic employer walked in and grabbed some samples through the window and no one even noticed (it couldve been a stranger). They take way too long to assist the patients. This place seriously needs management to take over. It is a mess!

I am normally a hard stick, but the nice woman I had draw my blood was awesome! She greeted me and she even asked me which arm would I prefer. Great place and wonderful staff!

There needs to be a live person answering the phone! We may have legitimate questions or concerns! But the service was professional and courteous.
