I and my wife came there for 3 times and they never done the lab test because they talk to me the 1st time they dont have the special kit for pregnant woman so they need to order from main office, then they will call me back when available, then they called me back on Monday but unlucky I missed the call then they never call me back, my phone cant accept the voice mail so I dont know what is happening, then I came one more time as I scheduled. then 2 nd time the lady ( Hispanic lady with glasses on ) she talk to me that they dont have Kit the Doctor have to give it to me. I never seen any kind of lab they dont have supply for the kit, then I asked her why you did not call me back after I missed a call from you to let me know that because my wife already missing 2 week late back for the lab. she replied she left voice mail I said my phone not allow to left voice mail , the she said oh sss bla bla . Vey bad attitude face and no knowledge in Bio, she knew that if late test will effect a lot about the result why she dont do good job , I guess she does not love her job she bla bla about her work is so busy and busy all the time. She is the person check my wife name and asked us the paper work but in her hands is keeping from our last week ( last visit) I cant understand how this employee can still working here. after then my Doctor send a letter to brand of LabCorp to fix that problem > changed location then never came back again. I wish this city and more than Lab services.

Very terrible customer service. Drawbacks: - You dont know what test you are taking, they wont tell you or try to explain you - I are not shown the price you would pay for the test, even if you request. I have requested the breakdown of costs, and the lady responded that she no longer have that screen and cannot access that information - They make you to sign to the document with the costs breakdown, and you dont even know what you are paying for. - They did not provide me with a copy of the invoice. - You wont be able to see what you paid for even with billing and customer service phones. They will tell you wait until next week to get results. All they care about is your money. My recommendation. Go find a different lab. Lab corp is absolutely horrible.

Lol @ "best labcorp in Houston" Heres why.... It is now 7:48am. My appointment was at 7:30 and I got here at 7:30. They open at 7. I have yet to see a staff member. Theres no receptionist. Two other people were here before me and it appears they have yet to see a staff member. One man had an appointment at 7:15. Its almost 8 am now and he has not been seen. Seems like this branch of Labcorp is either incompetent or careless.

I made an appointment and did all my paperwork online. 9:45 am appointment. I arrived at 9:35 am No line. Very efficient staff. The phlebotomist was excellent. I wish I had gotten his name. I have small veins and they can be very difficult to find. This young man knew what he was doing and was very pleasant. All done and back in my car at 9:48 am. I am delighted with my experience at this LabCorp location.

The people at the front desk were busy and told me to sign in and sit down. I got called back to a room, and the phlebotomist asked why they didnt get my insurance information and blamed me. She asked for my insurance cards and credit card, charged the credit card without telling me how much my test would be, then gave me a receipt to sign that had an amount greater than $200 on it.

This place has good staff. Front desk was friendly and went out of their way to help me with an issue my providers electronic order was having. I also have small veins and usually phlebotomists have issues with that, but the young man helping me noticed ahead of time and used a small needle. It was quick and painless!

Excellent Customer Service. The phlebotomist who took my blood was phenomenal. My veins are very deep and he spent some time really looking for them. It was difficult for him but he got it on the first try. It tells me that he is very specific and a observant phlebotomist. I recommend!

Had to come here for a drug test for pre employment and just because I didnt have the need to use the restroom at the time they were extremely rude to me. I asked if I could drink some water and they said they didnt have any and threatened to fail me if I didnt go within 3 minutes.

Making sure that u drink the damn case of water before u come in for the drug test. Otherwise, they gonna make u wait the whole damn they for it. Eventhough u keep telling them that u ready for it. The frontdesks are really nice, but the techs are a******* , and rude.

Just came in for a urine analysis. They literally went down the list and literally saw that I was the only person in the waiting room waited 30 min and they still didnt call my name. Its a bit fustrating. The staff is pretty rude.

Took my blood but didnt even order all of the tests that was ordered by the doctor. I had to come in and wait half an hour to get my blood drawn again. Go somewhere else if you have an option.
