Coming from someone that has massive anxiety attacks when it comes to shots or needles, I read the reviews on here before I went in and was panicking. BUT Let me tell you how they really are. I walked in, (got there early because I didnt have an appointment and thats what decent human beings do that dont have appointments) and I signed in on the little screen. I sat down but was called immediately. By this time my anxiety attack was starting and I was shaking like a leaf. The lady (didnt catch her name) walked me to the little room and we signed papers and we got started immediately. Of course I was having full on panic attack starting my then at the sight of the needle but she only had to stick me ONE TIME. And right as she stuck me, another lady stopped at the door and asked if I was alright. She saw the panic on my face and started talking to me about my weekend and before I knew it, I was done with my blood work. I WAS THERE LESS THAN 10 MINUTES. The ladies were super nice and there was no loud crazy music or anything. The place was clean and quick. Dont read those other reviews, they suck.

Went in today, first time, kinda worried about the bad review i read, it was a breeze. Set up an appt 3 days ago. Was lucky to get a 9:45 am, came at 9:30 am, signed in, i was called after 5 mins. Was out 9:46 am. They take care of the the people who make a little effort to set up an appt before they attend to the walk in. I just have to write something positive because i had a great experience. People dont say anything when they had good service but they are quick to complain....

I read the reviews and decided to make an appt. I work nights so I scheduled my appt in the afternoon at 3pm My first experience was great. I was greeted immediately. There was no loud music playing. It was nice and quiet and I loved the girl who did my bloodwork. She did a great job. She was very polite and respectful and friendly. This was my first time of many and I am not so anxious anymore about having to have blood drawn. Thanks Quest!

Upon arrival waited at window for about 5 minutes before anyone came to check the front desk. I gave them my paperwork and they informed me I had about am hour wait. All I had to do was urinate in a cup. Bad part is I drank a cup of coffee and and a can of soda before I arrived so I could urinate. Well I had to go so bad I had to urinate and wait again. Horrible experience. When the front desk people finally showed up they where extremely rude.

Worst experience of many at this place...rude people, no one at desk. This time got in back and found out orders were not there because their fax machine had been out for 2 days. Now cannot get an appointment till the next week. Too late... I even called corporate she said would have to email them...wonder why ...dont answer phones.

I have to have blood drawn every six months and always have to come to this location. I always have to wait one hour or longer if I dont have an appointment! It is ridiculous that people have to wait this long to just get blood drawn when sent over straight from dr office!

Very rude young lady. Had Rap music playing loudly, Didnt even acknowledge myself or my kids. Then had the nerve to get upset because she had more people in the lobby. Very unimpressed with this place. Need to send her back to school.

Made an appointment on Friday for the following Monday 11:45. Waited about 10 minutes until they called me back. Took my blood & was out in about 10 more minutes. People were nice but very busy. I would definitely go back.

Very expensive. My daughter in law needed lab work done and they wanted $532 dollars and would not accept cash so we left. Went to Express Lab in Conroe and they charged $182 for the exact same tests.

The older white lady with the short reddish brown hair messed my arm up. Ive never had it hurt that bad from drawing blood. I have a huge red line on my arm where she was too rough with the needle.

They were extremely helpful, even though it was nearly closing time. And the next day was Thanksgiving!Also, explained procedures needed to be performed at home. Excellent experience!

Terrible experience, waited two hours for a simple pre employment drug test walked out when told it could be two more hours, rude staff at this facility as well!
