Healthfirst keeps cancelling a family members insurance for nonpayment even though they are enrolled in autopay. No one is apparently capable of fixing this. Weve been assured it is fixed several times but it keeps happening. The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing.
There are often delays in getting reimbursed or getting approval for services.
Because its hospital and its helped me so much the service is amazing
