I recently had an infected tooth and needed an emergency extraction. James River Dental scheduled me within the hour, to immediately perform the surgery. The procedure was quick, uncomplicated and relatively painless, thanks to Dr. Kaelin and his professional staff. My special thanks and appreciation to Dr. Kaelin, to Nicole and the entire staff of James River Dental, for their courteous and very compassionate attitude and the proficiency, of the service. I have been a patient at JRD for several years and have always been very satisfied with their professional services, including my upper dentures, that JRD casted and fitted perfectly. Dr. Kaelin performed his first work on my teeth yesterday, had to pull two of my front teeth and make a temporary bridge awaiting the fitting of a final permanent bridge. This is one EXCELLENT Dentist, and the same goes for his staff. I had no pain before, during, or after the appointment and the work was professional and fast.
