This is a one of a kind dental experience! You walk in to what feels like a high end spa in Vegas, and youre greeted by a staff that is warm and inviting. This was my first time there... I was greeted quickly, even though there were two other patients in front of me. And then given an iPad to complete my paperwork. I was comfortable using this to compete my paperwork, but saw an older gentleman across from me a little complexed. But, the front desk staff quickly helped he, and made sure that they treated him as if it was no big deal. I didnt have to wait long before being taken back to on of the dental chairs. Everywhere I looked, there was comforts to make the experience as best as possible. If you are like me, I am always looking to make sure things are clean, and this place was spotless! The hygienist was amazing in how she explained what she was going to do and what to expect. The dentist caught me off guard for a second... He is a young and extremely intelligent yet very personable. It didnt seem like he was just there to be the dentist but somebody that wanted to get to know you. Every person you speak to in the office is nice and truly seem like they enjoy being there. It is my experience in the past that some offices are there to sell you products that you may not necessarily want or need. This office is different, theyre there to truly help you with the health of your teeth and improve your smile, if thats what you want.

I went to Innovative Dental in the middles of June to have a routine cleaning done after reading all the good reviews online. They suggested getting several fillings and removing my wisdom teeth initially. For many weeks after these procedures, my teeth hurt immensely, even with follow up appointments which they couldnt fit in to their schedule until I finally showed up in person and they happened to be able to find an opening. When I finally had the appointment to clean my teeth, it didnt do anything to feel cleaner and the customer service when I asked for an explanation was not friendly, but rather I was accused of being disrespectful. I also sent a follow-up email on the contact area of their website to express my disappointment and point of view, but there was no response. Had they told me originally that their version of cleaning would not clean as I expected and instead would need a separate procedure costing even more money, I would not have chosen this place, which already costed much more than my insurance would cover. They made it sound like their services were superior to others, but the pain I experienced and the lack of results were not worth it. I recommend checking with other local dentist offices before going here.

In early April, I had an old crown suddenly develop an open margin which was causing some sensitivity. I went to the dentist that did the original crown who suggested we replace it. The new crown immediately began causing me issues - I was having temperature sensitivity, significant pain while chewing and a dull ache in my jaw after eating or drinking. I went to the dentist who replaced it and he said he did not feel the crown was high and that there was nothing else to be done. I decided to get a 2nd opinion from Innovative Dental and they found an open margin on one side and suggested that the entire crown wasnt fitted properly. Dr. Olson replaced the crown a little more than a week ago and within a day my jaw and face felt 50 times better. I have zero pain when chewing, no ache after eating or drinking and my temperature sensitivity is limited to cold and is improving substantially every day. Not only does my tooth feel better, but the entire procedure could not have been easier. Dr. Olson quickly and easily removed the old crown - I felt no pain during any of the procedure. I would highly recommend Innovative Dental and will be going back for all my future dental needs.

If I had to describe Innovative Dental in one word - superficial. It looks great, the staff smiles and says nice things, and they offer complimentary sugar-laden drinks and snacks (Oh the irony!). Like most people, I searched Google for dentists in Springfield, on behalf of my boyfriend, to make an appointment. I found Innovative Dental, with practically perfect reviews. Little did I know at the time that they delete negative comments on Facebook, which leads me to be skeptical of their other reviews and integrity in general. My boyfriend had a terrible experience there. He had to go back for corrective work several times, and when he simply requested to see the dentist to explain his problem, the receptionist talked around in a circle to no end, then said he would have to make an appointment just to ask a quick question, then accused him of being rude. It was wildly distorted by both Dr. Grant and his staff, and I sent a follow up message to them explaining how mistaken they were and suggested they brush up on their cultural competency skills. I got no response.

I thought this office was very friendly, professional and I was pretty happy on my and my childrens first visit. EXCEPT for the fact that they told me I had 9 cavities, and each of my children had 3-5 cavities. The dentist we had been to 6 months earlier had said we had 0 cavities. I shelled out a lot of money to get my childrens cavities filled (which only took about 10 minutes which made me skeptical). I decided to get a second opinion on my 9 cavities before I spent another $1000. I visited another dentist and was told I had 3 cavities. I realize some of this is subjective and there are different degrees of deterioration, but I feel Innovative Dental was a lot of flash and greatly exaggerated the amount of dental work that was necessary for me to maintain the health of my teeth. Needless to say I have switched dentists. I appreciate your concern and reply, but from my research I found many articles explaining "early decay doesnt always mean you need a filling. In fact, the decay often can be reversed."

It was so amazing! I had become so self conscious about my smile and had just resigned myself to not smiling most of the time. Then....one day....I was driving and saw a billboard for Innovative Dental! I thought, Im just going to check it out! So I went for my free consult! I loved the place and everyone there! I loved Dr Olsen, the staff, the iced coffee drink, and the prospect of being able to love my smile and smile with confidence! I could smile again in my pictures, and love them again! I came in for my appointment and a few hours later, left with my new beautiful smile! I still cant believe it was now possible to smile with confidence.....so I smile all the time now! So take heart.....you too can smile with confidence and love your smile too. Check out Dr Olsen at Innovative Dental and you will be glad you did! Really, I want you to realize you dont have to give up your beautiful smile! God is so good and gives us so many beautiful reasons to smile everyday! It can happen for you too!!

They did not sign their names on the back of the crowns they made for me. 0/5 stars. All joking aside, this place is phenomenal. The staff are all upbeat and friendly. Ive gotten over 4 crowns, root canals, and a bunch of fillings done in the last couple of years here. They do a great job making sure the job is as painless as possible. Something I love about them, is that they do everything there. In one visit, I can get a filling, a root canal, and then a crown put in! Thats all in a single visit! Its very nice that I dont have to jump from them to someone else to do things like root canals. They are using fantastic technology here. I got to watch as they carefully made my crowns on a computer using 3D software. Then a short while later, there the crowns were, exactly as they had made them to be on the computer. 5/5. I recommend Innovative Dental to anyone I know who needs dental work done. These guys are professionals who know what theyre doing.
