If I could I wouldnt be giving any stars because this place is the most unpleasant place to go to. I took my son to the office 3 weeks ago because he had a bald spot on his head, I took him in to eliminate any major concerns. Other people told me that it may be eczema or "ringworm". So I went in he was the last patient waited 20 minutes to be taken back after that waiting another 30 mintues to be seen by the Dr. For her to come in the op in a hurry because she wanted to leave, didnt even look closely at the spot and said it was eczema, prescribed him a cream Ive been applying it on his scalp but no improvement it actually got worse and spread. Took him to the ER 2 days ago and the doctor at the ER said its ringworm. Im so upset, because of her being in a hurry she didnt diagnose him right. My son will no longer be going to this office she is a horrible horrible doctor!.

She spend 5 min in the room after three hours of waiting. Never told me what was wrong with my son and i was told to wait in the waiting area to find out what she was ordering and why. then 15 min later the front desk people (who are extreamly sweet) told me his meds are ordered into CVS. never knew what he had, CVS explained what she gave him and a general idea of what he could have had!!! SHE has to many patients and not enough time to get to all of them. Im changing doctors. I reaally love her staff though, they love kids and are really nice. She is too.... JUST is ALLWAYS over booked.

Doctor Wongsa has been my kids doctor for about 4 1/2 years now. She is a very busy doctor but I have no complains. She spends very little time yes, but she is always willing to answer any questions you may have and address all your concerns. I really like her and her staff. My only complain is I can not book both my boys at the same time anymore. Overall she is excellent.

The most lazy Dr I have ever seen. Sometimes I wonder why shes even a doctor. Her staff is unorganized, lazy, and a total waste of time. She spend less than 5 mins with her patients and never have time to follow up with them after being hospitalized. She really deserved no start but since I had to rate I give her 1
