If there was a way to leave ZERO stars I would. Like the reviewer before me, Dr Watson refused to see my baby for her 9month check up for being 15 mins late. I tried calling them prior to the start of my appointment to tell them that I had ran into an accident that was slowing down my commute, but was continually greeted by an automated system that said their entire staff was handling other calls & that I should remain on hold till my call could be answered. I arrived to my appointment before that happened. When I walked into the EMPTY waiting room, I explained to the front desk girl what had occurred and she very rudely said she would have to reschedule me. It did not matter that I had waited on the doctor for HOURS at my previous appointments. It did not matter that I tried to reach them before my appointment time to tell them what had happened (they later told me all their calls are being routed to a calling center and reaching the office directly will be next to impossible). It did not matter that I had overlooked questionable medical care in the past. IE: On my childs first visit, the medical assistant was unable to completely saturate all five circles during the Neonatal heel prick test so my child had to be pricked TWICE on one visit. When I returned a month and a half later, I was told that she would have to be pricked again because the assistant OVER saturated the circles upon the second heel prick during the last visit. In all, my child was pricked a total of 4 times (twice on each heel, twice at each appointment) for a simple test that should have only taken ONE. I was given the number to their manager Roderick who promised that seeing me would not be an issue. I remained in the waiting room for an additional 10 minutes before another medical assistant came up and said the DOCTOR SAID she would not see me. If they would have answered their phone when I called 15 mins before the start of my appointment then I could have saved about an hour of time and headache. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT GO HERE.

At the beginning, Dr. Watson seemed to be a great doctor. Though the wait time was always lengthy, it was worth it, to have a caring doctor. Unfortunately, the one and only time that we were late, by 17 minutes mind you, Dr. Watson would not see my baby because it exceeded the 15 minute grace period by two minutes. As I stated before, we waited on her for at least 45 minutes to an hour each visit, without making complaint. So for two minutes past the grace period time, she could not or would not see my baby after we drove up there and all. Very upset with this doctor due to this. It is hard to find someone with compassion and not just so concerned with the money these days. Needless to say, we will no longer be using her as my daughters pediatrician. Very dis-appointed mom!

Took my son to dr. Watson for a while and shes laid back and gentle. But her staff is something else! I hated calling the front desk to schedule an appt. They were always having issues with my Medicaid and say oh you need to call Medicaid and then I would and Medicaid would say everything is fine? And it was a continuous battle! Every single time! And they were so incredibly rude, and they would put you on hold a long time and once I had the girl get back on the phone an say "oh I forgot what your issue was, why are you calling again?" And I told dr. Watson what kept happening and she acted like she received several complaints about it but every time Id go there, the same rude people still worked there

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Watson since she was an infant and we both love her. I love the way she is with my baby. I love the fact that I can ask as many questions and she never seems as if she doesnt have time or that shes too busy to answer. When her other office closed my feelings were very hurt and so was my daughters but we found another doctor, unfortunately, my daughter is still uncomfortable with her new doctor so she told me that she wants to go back to Dr. Watson. I was reluctant initially because of how far her new location is but I want my daughter to feel comfortable with her doctor, so we will be seeing her again and I feel its worth it.

customer service from her receptionist was completely horrible. I am new to the area and I booked an appointment through ZocDoc. I was turned away from a sick child visit because I didnt get a voice message saying i couldnt come on time (which I was 5 minutes early) I had to come 30 minutes earlier to finish paperwork! why did i bother giving all my insurance information to ZocDoc? only to have them not check anything and turn us away...Overall how uncaring and ridiculous a policy (my small child has a fever over 100)... and they could care less... horrible Dont trust such uncaring ppl with your childrens care!!!

Fast Signs

She was a great Doctor for both of my boys when they were young at the North Loop location. Especially with my youngest. He was so active and she was so patient with him. She noticed he was wheezing and luckily caught his asthma. My kids are turning 21 and 24 and they still remember her. Although her wait time was a little lengthy every once in a while, she was well worth the wait. From Pamere Jenkins

Best pediatrician experience..Kimberly Williams-Watson been my kids pediatrician for over 10 yrs.and now she sees my grandkids.I have always felt comfortable coming to her with all my concerns from infant to teenage years. Also for my teenagers are very comfortable to talking to her about what their concerns and if you have teenagers you will know that is one thiers and our hardest years.

Dr.Watson is a really good doctor .she is soft spoken,caring about all her patients well-being. I have had a problem were I became very frustrated about some medical referrals my grandkids needed.I was worried for nothing because Dr.Watson and her awesome staff took care of it for me.I love this pediatrics clinic.
