Im the father of three and I dont reccomend this place. My oldest son (10yr) was mis-diagnosed with scabbies and went one week with poison Ivy. Im no doctor, but after looking at it and searching pictures, I purchsed Tecnu and I had positive results instantly. My youngest (1.75yrs) has been with the same simptoms, runny nose, sneezing, coughing, chest congestion going on 2 months. We have been there trying to get this resolved three times in the last two months with no sucess. My son was getting bad over the weekend so we called them Friday and after leaving the message with a receptionist to talk to a nurse ( or physician assistant) we never heard back from them. We rushed our son after work 3pm Monday and they supposedly accept walk-ins; they told us the last patient walked-in and that they wouldnt see him, we could return tomorrow morning. ( FYI)They charge an extra $10 for walk-ins which is on a flyer, yet they never took us as walk-ins. I took him to Texas Childrens across the street and they are exactly what I was looking for in a doctors office. Unfortunatly, the recpetionist said they dont take our insurance, and it was close to closing and they still went ahead and checked his vitals for free (the triage nurse was punctual and ready to make sure his oxygen levels were stable) to make sure everything was good, (my son even got a free foot ball) WOW! Then they gave us a print out of doctors that are in the Texas Childrens that do accept our insurance. They have my buisiness.

I like that the office is clean and the wait time is not is not bad at all. The doctor is quite abrupt in the way she talks to adults and children but for the most part she seemed like a good doctor. The staff is awful though! They are rude and unorganized. They tried to charge me twice for a copayment that I wasnt even supposed to pay in the 1st place. I went back when my daughter was sick and she said I had a balance left from the previous visit. Absolute nightmare trying to get the money they overcharged me back. A good doctor is nothing without good staff. Will be looking for a new pediatrician!

Wait isnt too bad, staff is pretty nice, but the doctor is really rude. Once I came here to discuss my acne and any medicine I could take to help it and she said "I dont know why god always give irresponsible kids (who dont wash their faces) acne." I wash my face all the time, Ive tried so many products its not even funny and I was so insulted. Im still insulted. Even everyone else in the room was taken aback by that comment (my mom, a visiting doctor)- why would I waste money and time on a doctors appointment if the problem was something as simple as washing my face?

I was recommended to Dr. Bhardwaj because my son was a premie and I am very happy with her. She makes things easy for us to understand and she is always very helpful. This is our first child so naturally we have plenty of questions and concerns but she and her staff are always quick to help and answer our questions.

This doctor and office is great. Super professional and the doctor alwasy give my daughters good advice. She seems to be always on top of the latest medical news and always remembers our last visit. We are never in the waiting room long and she is even open on certain saturdays which is GREAT for me!

My daughter has been going to Dr. Neeta from birth. She is now 7 yrs old. Dr. Neeta is a great doctor. She is attentive and doesnt play when it comes to the kids. She is very strict and makes parents accountable to their childs health and well-being . Thanks Dr. Neeta for being such a great doctor.

Dr. Neeta is the best! As a new mother, I have several questions every time I take my +, she joyfully explains, draws pictures and makes sure I understand before she lq+eave thethe room. Right beside Dr. Neeta is her staff, all of which I adore.
