Ive worn corrective lenses nearly my whole life and when I need a new pair its usually an expensive ordeal. I also have an extreme correction with bifocals so I always have to wait about 2 weeks after Ive waited to get an exam. My current glasses were cloudy, scratched and listed at about a 20 degree angle on my face but I just hadnt had time to get them fixed. I noticed this new store and walked in to see if they may make me new ones and was delighted to find they could as long as I chose poly carbonate lenses. They took my vision insurance (and it looks like almost everyone elses) so they convinced me to get an exam. That day I had a fashionable pair of glasses that only cost me $100 total. My correction had some problems and when I returned to have them adjusted they bent over backwards to fix the problem. The Dr. and the Licensed Optician worked together to figure out the problem and they remade my lenses right away . The new ones rock. I could have got an 2nd pair at 60% off (the program if you use insurance for the first pair) but Im choosing to come back when my Flex Spending Account is refilled for their Buy One Get One Free program. The selection of frames is huge but their frame specialists are great for helping you narrow down what looks good and you like. Ive priced some pretty fancy ones with top end lenses and coatings and it looks as if Ill be able to get two pair for less than I paid for my old pair after insurance. Love it.

I visited this store this week and received top notch customer service! The store was very clean and easy to browse based on my needs. Reshad was my salesman and he was very helpful. He is very knowledgeable about the product and services that Stanton Optical provides. He also was very professional and courteous. He represents the company very well. I told him exactly what I wanted and he found me the best deal without a problem. Reshad made me feel very confident in my selection and answered every question or concern that I had. I would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a large variety of glasses that comes with great customer service! I called a number I found on the internet to make an appointment. The young man that answered the phone quoted me a price of 129$ for contact lenses and a pair of glasses. When I arrived at my appointment they laughed about it and said that it was illegal for him to quote me that price in Arkansas and that they could not honor it. I dont understand how him quoting a price could possibly be illegal. But I do know the BBB does not like for businesses to quote someone a price and then not honor them. They also informed me they could listen to the phone conversation to see if he did quote me that price! As if I was lieing! They were very unprofessional and a waste of my time!

The in-store experience was great. The Optometrist and receptionist were very professional. The optometrist was also very informative. The sales person was very nice. And I got a great price on Mt glasses, the Tuesday before Christmas. I was told they could get them done in house and I could pick them up later the same day. But, later, i got a ca that said they had to send them off. The Thursday after the new year, and I still have no glasses. As a photographer, my eyes are my business. Im sure people are working hard to get them done, but this is the longest Ive ever had to wait for glasses.

I had the most amazing and pleasant experience here the staff is great the doctor is awesome and they really really put a lot of effort into what type of glasses youre looking for!! Carol shes amazing if you can get her to help you she will definitely get you the glasses that you need and they have awesome discounts buy one get one free cant beat that!! Awesome experience Christina the GM really took care of me from the moment I walked in. I had set an appointment online and even though there were people waiting before but because I scheduled an appointment I was able to be seen immediately. Christina is great she has great taste she picked out the best designer frames, good price and u can even get the glasses the same day. Great experience from start to finish. Will recommend to anyone better than lens crafters...

I can honestly say that I had the best experience when it came to my eye exam and picking out my frames. The staff were so friendly and helpful to me. I recommend Stanton Optical to anyone who is needing an eye exam or just wanting a new pair of glasses. The selection of frames to choose from is amazing. I wasnt expecting that. I found two really great frames that suited not only my personality but also my budget. Love this place!!!!!!

Stanton optical is by far the best place for your eyes! The staff was extremely helpful and courteous especially Cole! They went out of their way when I accidentally put my entire balance on the wrong card by refunding it and recharging to another card. The prices are fair and standard. They are doing business right. I chose Stanton because of their google reviews and seeing they had the highest rating, I wasnt dissapointed!

Looks like a great place to go for eye exams and eyeglasses, but well never know because they were not able to look up our insurance, which is Humana Vision Care. This would had not been a problem had they told me that when I initially asked at the time of setting the appointment weeks ago to which they informed me that they accept the insurance. Maybe Ill give them another chance in a couple of when I go for an exam again.

Wow what an experience. The location is easy to get to and in a local area. Selection, best in the state. They have it all. Every color, every style and then some. Now on to the best part of my experience, customer service. Reshad Dulany alone is worth the visit. He is kind, attentive, respectful and knows his eye wear. I give Stanton Optical 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. Pretty for sure if you visit you will be leaving happy.

Went in yesterday as a walk-in for an eye exam and picked up my two pair of glasses today! Love this place! Reshad helped me pick out my frames and he was very helpful, friendly, and I valued his input. Cole assisted me when I picked my glasses up and was very professional also. I am wearing different lenses and they both reassured me that they will be there to make sure Im comfortable with them. Great customer service!

We received excellent service from everyone at the Little Rock Stanton Optical. It is not easy to purchase glasses with the complicated pricing structures and options that are a part of the process. However the folks here worked with us and always double-checked to make sure we understood and agreed to a particular product with regard to our specific glasses. They did an excellent job.
