Worst staff ever!! I was a client of them from almost 8 years my son use glasses as well and I been taking him for 4 years now everything was good until they change staff even Dr change a lot they have their attitude on 2015 I order my son glasses and a month or two after I reorder the extra pair of glasses the guy order them mess up the order and they didnt place the order until April 2016 on July my son got his new eye exam I went with a new prescription the dumb secretary that was there told me that medicaid wont cover the new prescription and she argue with me yelling me that they were going to give a free pair to my son I ask her to provide me with medicaid number she refuse I called medicaid and they told me that my son was good to order his new pair of glasses and that they also do cover the second pair I didnt want back but next thing in the morning I got a call from her telling that she didnt know that medicare was going to cover that she apologize I told her ok Im going to the clinic again I complain with Dr but instead of apologize and fix his staff he told me to go and complain with medicaid and that I can go somewhere else his right I can go somewhere else its easy but he dont appreciate loyals customers that been going for years there!!!! Worst service and experience ever!!! Dont waste your money or time with this ppl

The WORST experience as a customer 1) the doctor calls all women "little girl," regardless of age, which is demeaning and uncomfortable. i wonder if he calls his male customers "little boy?" probably not 2) they tell you your glasses will come in a week- you should expect a month-and they didnt even call me when they came in, I had to call THEM. 3) Everytime you call the office the line will be busy, keep trying to call back and you might get lucky about your 26th time (get another freakin phone and call line if youre a business. 4) I explicility told them not to order my contacts that i would do it on my own- well they ordered them, realized their mistake said they would take care of it and it has been a month and they have yet to fix it-so i cant submit a claim for my contacts- which I paid for-since they claimed to order them, both VSP and myself attempted to call them- no luck -busy signal. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else!

Contact Lens Xpress was a provider through my vision insurance and their proximity to my office made it an easy choice. From the very beginning the staff came across as incompetent. Once I was back to see Dr. Norton, the experience only got worse. He proceeded to ask, "What was I cheap?" and used scare tactics to attempt to scare me into believing about the condition of my eyes. After trying one set of contacts for a few days, I came back because they were causing pain. He said I was "pissy" about them from the beginning and gave me another set to try. Knowing that I could never respect him, I soon found another optometrist. But the experience continues because they billed my insurance for contacts that I never recieved and cost me for my benefits for a year. I DO NOT recommend Contact Lens Xpress if you are looking for a repectable eye doctor.

I love Dr Tim Nortons personal style of business. He is going to tell you the truth about whats going on with your eyes whether you want to hear it or not. His staff is extremely friendly. And I also love that I can easily walk in because Im horrible with scheduling appointments so the majority I visit office is due to having an eye issue. They offer convenient hours for the working class.

it is a great place to go to get contacts and eye exams. I have no idea what the other two people are talking bout bc i have had not but good service when i go in there. I never had bad service. I love Dr Norton he tries his best to help you with your eyes and to get your eyes back in the shape they should be and if he comes arounds in a bad way he dont mean to!

I dont know what these people are talking about I dont have any complaints customer service was great my glasses came in a timely manner and as far as Im concerned what that man does in his personal time is his business and no one elses dont try to defame his character because your mad at the end of the day he has his own business not u ha ha ha

The first time I used them it took a very long time to get my contacts. This is the second time using them and the Dr was late so he gave me a free pair of shades. They never answer the phone! Will not be using again. The only reason I used the second time is because they took my insurance and I needed a apt immediately.

Dont know about the Doctor but to Nikkis point Ive noticed the same issues with incompetent of the staff. But its rampant across society - our youth have not be trained to accept the responsibilities our grandparents taught us - anyway taking a very long time to get contacts - and no response from staff.

I love this office! My kids love Dr Norton sense of humor. He surely has a way with kids there is never a dull second being in his presence! I have taken kids to other optometrist but none by far is as thorough as the experience we have had at this office! Thanks for being U!

Never again!!!!! And still no glasses. Called at 420 and they said they still were not in.. called back 20 minutes later and they were found. Now they are closed and I hav1e to come back. .. ins company said claim was filed weeks ago

Ive never been treated badly when I call or go in. All the staff is super friendly and the Dr. was downright excited about helping me and pointing out features of the different eyewear. Super place to do business with!!!

Ive used them for YEARS! The staff is almost always nice (unless they have difficult patients to deal with), and the doctor is hilarious! I usually get an appointment SAME DAY, and have my contacts within a few days.

Horrible. Waited for an hour for an annual exam. Seriously overbooked. There was 4 other people ahead of me and I had an appointment......and I was ontime. I had to leave and I wont be going back.

It Takes A Long Time For Contacts To Come In. Right Now I Have Been Waiting For A Month Almost 2 Months Waiting For Contacts. This Is Ridiculous. Im Going To Start Taking My Money Else Where.
